Beach cottage
Beach location with sunbathing lawn
The cottage is situated about 25 m from the lake in the middle of the green with a view of the water. The beach is only accessible for our guests and us. Bathing is possible here without any problems, even for non-swimmers
The rental property consists of a combined living room/bedroom with a kitchenette and a shower room. The cottage is equipped with all the necessities
The double bed is 1.80 x 2.00 m large. An LED TV and W-Lan are available.
Modern electric heaters are installed for chilly days
In front of the house you can have breakfast on a small terrace and enjoy the view of the lake or watch water birds from close by.
A sunbathing area with appropriate furniture is also available, as is a barbecue.
There is a fenced area directly in front of the house, so it is possible to bring a small dog ( max. shoulder height 30 cm, no breeds classified as dangerous ).
There is another holiday home, the beach house, about 20 m away

The beach cottage is located on our property in a traffic-calmed avenue
The cottage is about 25 m from the lake in the middle of the green with a view of the water. The beach is only accessible for our guests and us. Bathing is possible here without any problems, even for non-swimmers. At the other end of the property - about 60 m away - is our house on the road.
You can easily reach the sights of Waren, the harbour, various shops and restaurants on foot
Shopping facilities and the gastronomic establishments.

Highly recommended!
We spent the last days of October here and were very satisfied. Nice landlord. The accommodation was top-notch, with everything one needs. Plus, the great view of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

Relaxation in the beach hut
We had a very nice and relaxing vacation in November 2024 in the small but fine beach house. We had everything we needed. A special thank you to the hosts. They took care of everything we needed.

Holidays by the water
For the second time, we spent a wonderful quiet week in the beach house with the Milhahn family. One has absolute peace, the water right in front, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the beautiful area. The house is equipped with everything one needs. Thank you very much, and we will come back.

Small but nice
We were warmly welcomed by the landlord. The cottage is small but has everything you need. The proximity to the water with a small private sandy beach with sun loungers and seating is fantastic. We were able to use everything because the weather ☀️ also played along. Otherwise, we were out a lot with the bikes. That is also a plus point at the Müritz, very cyclist-friendly. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday. Our little one also felt very comfortable here. We will gladly come back!

Filter weekend
We would have loved to stay longer but everyday life calls. Last year we didn't have the opportunity to go on holiday after the wedding, but we were able to make up for it on our first wedding anniversary with you and we will never forget it and will come again. It was fantastic weather, delicious food at the harbour, calm water, sun, ducks in front of our noses. Very nice and friendly landlords. LG Mandy and Micha
