Wellness oasis

We spent a week in this beautiful and very clean vacation apartment. We immediately felt comfortable and had a "WOW" effect. The landlords are super nice and sympathetic and have given us many tips regarding the lakes in the area or also tips for culinary delights. Worth mentioning here is the freshly roasted chicken or the vegetables from the neighbor. The apartment is an ideal starting point for very nice bike tours, past numerous different lakes, which all invite you to swim. In short, a recommended accommodation !!!!

We spent a wonderful vacation week in this super beautiful vacation apartment. In the large garden, you were allowed to use everything and eat fresh fruit from trees and bushes. We were greeted very friendly and felt very comfortable right away. If you love peace and nature, you should definitely go to the Botta family.

One week in a dream holiday home

We had a wonderful holiday in the Sonnenschein holiday home and like the name of the house, we received a sunny and warm welcome from the Botta family. The holiday flat in the beautiful garden (park) with many trees invited us to linger
We enjoyed the peace and quiet on the balcony during breakfast.
The flat is very cosy, clean and generously furnished. Nothing was missing.
The Botta family is very friendly, helpful and gave us lots of tips.
We found the location great. We could do a lot from there (in the middle of nature) with our bikes.
The Müritz National Park with its many diversions can be admired with bicycles and hiking. The adjacent lakes also invite you to swim.

It was a wonderful vacation with the Botta family. We were warmly welcomed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. There was a bouquet of flowers on the table, champagne was ready, and something sweet was on the beds. We loved it sooo much and this vacation rental is definitely worth recommending. This is the second time we have spent our summer holiday in this beautifully situated, super-pretty holiday cottage - and it certainly won't be the last!
The landlords Andrea and Jörg Botta, as well as the surrounding neighbours, make you feel like you are with friends from the very first minute
The cosy, clean, well-kept furnishings of the flat invite you to linger and spend cosy rainy hours on the sofa or in front of the fireplace. In this year's hot summer weather, however, we were also able to extensively test all the many seating opportunities around the house: breakfast on the balcony, lunch under the ancient trees, barbecue in the evening sun while the cranes fly overhead. Cat Jenny is always waiting to be stroked and rabbit Friedrich for leftover salad.
You can reach countless small and large bathing lakes and, of course, the national park from the house by bicycle (we highly recommend bringing your own!).

A wonderful place to take a break for two. The Botta family did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The many tips for exploring the area were particularly helpful, allowing us to discover hidden wonderful places. The opportunity to use a sauna next door or buy regional products and organic vegetables are just some of the extras that come with staying at the accommodation. Highly recommended! The "location" has only received 4 stars as it can be challenging for those arriving without a car.

We spent a week at the holiday home Sonnenschein and were completely satisfied. The holiday home is super cozy and really lacks nothing. Even if the weather is bad, you can feel really comfortable there. We were in this area for the first time and were impressed by the landscape and the range of leisure activities offered, whether it's canoe or bicycle rental, boat trips, etc. Or simply a leisurely walk around one of the many small lakes. shopping facilities: In der direkten Nachbarschaft (gleich hinter dem Zaun) kann Gemüse aus der Gärtnerei eingekauft werden. In Penzlin gibt es einen Supermarkt und in Neustrelitz hat es weitere umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich habe nie etwas vermisst.

The really very beautiful and lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located in a beautiful garden where the landlords also live. In the garden, there are many cozy spots where you can relax, read, or even barbecue. The apartment itself is very spacious and has everything you need (and a little more). It is always important to feel comfortable on vacation, relax, and unwind. That's why we were inspired by the pictures and description of the accommodation and booked it. Because exactly what we imagined was offered to us here.

The holiday home has been beautifully renovated. As seen in the pictures, they invite you to feel good. The rooms are bright and friendly, the colors warm, and the wooden beams give the rooms a very individual character. Very comfortable and with a slight rustic charm, one immediately feels very comfortable. The stove adds the romantic "finishing touch" on cold days and invites you to relax with a nice glass of wine and a book. The balcony entices you to have breakfast outside on sunny days. Surrounded by cherry, apple trees, and chestnuts, it is very pleasant to relax on warm days. And at the right time of year, there is always a "dessert" in the garden after grilling. But it was not only the landscape and the holiday home that gave us the desired well-being on vacation. We also greatly enjoyed the warmth of our landlords. We are not only happy to have landlords but also to have met two very warm and special people. Our conclusion:
A vacation at the Mecklenburg Lake District is definitely a must. Add to that the perfect accommodation at Ferienhaus Sonnenschein and the perfect hosts.
We will definitely come back and are looking forward to it very much!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr schöne Landschaft. Die Lage ist relativ abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Genau das Richtige um zu entspannen.

free time activities: Im Nationalpark Mecklenburgische Seenplatte gibt es eine Vielzahl an Freizeitaktivitäten. Unter anderem Paddeln, Rad fahren, Baden in den zahlreichen Seen. Vorab empfiehlt es sich immer einen Blick in das Kulturprogramm oder nach Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region zu schauen. Ein wenig Planung sollte schon sein, wenn man die Region erkunden möchte. Waren (Müritz) mit seiner schönen Innenstadt ist ein Besuch wert. Mit dem Rad kann man die Landschaften noch mehr genießen.
Ein Tipp: Wasserwandern auf der Havel. Es gibt zahlreiche Vermietungen von Kanadiern und Kajaks oder mit dem Fahrrad den gekennzeichneten Havel-Radweg fahren. Auch Geocacher kommen in dieser Region auf ihre Kosten.

shopping facilities: Neustrelitz ist 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort gibt es genug Möglichkeiten für Einkäufe.

If you love nature and are looking for relaxation, this is the right place for you. You can completely disconnect from the everyday stress here, recharge with new energy, and let your soul dangle. The furnishings of the vacation rental can be compared to a 5-star hotel, with the landlord putting a lot of effort into creating a natural ambiance. The landlord is very concerned that the guest feels comfortable; they will always have a nice contact person for questions about leisure activities or organizational matters in the area. One can explore the nearby, very water-rich surroundings by bike, on foot, and by car, or even take a day off to relax. Fresh vegetables and fruits are available on site from the neighbor's own cultivation. Fresh bread and pastries are delivered daily by the bakery van. We have decided to take a vacation there again.

Wow wow wow... The pictures do not promise too much and reflect the cozy atmosphere there one to one. The Botta family welcomes you very warmly and is always up for a chat. Everything around is very green and well-maintained - pure relaxation! The holiday destination is definitely worth a second trip.

Truly a "sunshine"!

The holiday home Sonnenschein was the most beautiful vacation rental we have stayed in so far. Top equipped and clean. The landlords are super nice and accommodating. You can reach many lakes in the area where you can swim well. You can do a lot with the bike and it's really fun, as the roads are in good condition. Nice neighbors and beautiful surroundings are guaranteed! Pure relaxation, even if the weather doesn't cooperate!

Pure relaxation and as beautiful as at home

We spent 2 weeks in the vacation rental "Fe-Wo-Sonnenschein" and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and cozily furnished. The landlords are very helpful and hospitable. We especially enjoyed the daily visits on our balcony from the cat Jenny. In the garden, we were allowed to pick the delicious cherries and currants. When the bakery truck didn't come one day, Mr. Botta brought us fresh rolls. Vegetables and eggs could be bought from the neighbor. Further shopping opportunities and our excursions were within easy reach. We recovered very well.

Oasis of tranquility

What we were looking for was offered by this cozy holiday apartment: peace and relaxation. From the first day on, we felt comfortable and at home. This was partly because the amenities left nothing to be desired and partly because the care provided by the landlords was politely reserved. Right next door, there was fresh vegetables; the rest we bought in nearby Neustrelitz. Almost daily, we went on bike tours, either starting from the house or driving a bit by car and then switching to the bike. We can recommend this vacation rental to all those who want to forget about world events for a limited time and regenerate intensively. Surely, this was not our last stay.

Lots of sunshine at the Sunshine House

Very cozy and beautifully furnished holiday home in an old barn. The whole interior is of a high standard and fully corresponds to the description. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. The contact with the landlords is warm and attentive. The slight deduction in the location is due to the lack of infrastructure (baker, butcher, etc.), which is practically non-existent but can be reached by car in 10 minutes. Highly recommended to balance everyday stress.
