Welcome to this spacious holiday home with it's large garden and beautiful view. The house is set by one of Halland's most beautiful country roads and offers a lovely view of lakes and pastures. On the bottom floor you will find two living rooms with one dining table and one TV including Viasat's Silver channel package. The well-equipped kitchen has a small dining area. There is one bedroom on the bottom floor and it features a double bed which can be separated into two singles. There is also a WC and a shower on the bottom floor. In the basement you will find another shower and laundry facilities. The house features two lovely terraces. On the upper floor there are two large bedrooms with one double bed and two singles. You will also find a small living room up here, with a sofa bed for two. There are excellent fishing possibilities in the area, with plenty of beautiful lakes all around. You can rent a boat from the association “Fiskevårdsföreningen”. Please note that you must buy a fishing license. Golf lovers will enjoy this area because there are several nice golf courses here, for instance Flädje Ullared's golf course, 25 kilometres away. The famous shopping area Gekås in Ullared is just a short drive from the house. This is one of Sweden's most popular shopping destinations.The lovely summer town Falkenberg is 32 kilometres away and the town of Varberg is about the same distance. Please note: The house is for rent to a maximum of six persons. Welcome to a wonderful holiday home!

The size of the house, it was very spacious (I'm talking about downstairs) / The beautiful large garden with the stunning Swedish view. / I miss the question of what was NOT good about the property / The upstairs is not ideal for sleeping with 4 people, the ceiling is low and you can't ventilate well, a depressing space. / It was not clean when we arrived, we left it cleaner than it was. / A tip for the landlord: upgrade the property by adjusting the interior to a modern and fresh style and refresh the walls with a nice paint in beautiful colors. I am sure this will have a positive effect. / And in the basement, renovate the bathroom and create a nice bedroom there.
