Description
The cottage is located in a quiet village near Pelhřimov. It is a stylish cottage with vaulted ceilings, a stone entrance and a large barn doorway that provides sufficient shelter in bad weather. The Highlands, a place with a large number of tourist destinations, both for hiking and cycling. Beautiful nature, forests everywhere you look.... a holiday here invites you to relax and recharge your batteries for everyday life. In summer, please accept bookings only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
The cottage is 4+1 and its layout is ideal for a relaxing holiday for two families with children.
If you are an avid cyclist, or a stay of young people, 12 adults + two midgets can sleep comfortably.
The cottage for rent offers accommodation for 1 to 12 people in 3 bedrooms.
Bedrooms and rooms:
1. Bedroom, double bed, bedside tables, lamps, built-in wardrobe, possibility to put a travel cot.
2. Bedroom, double bed, bedside tables, lamps, bunk beds.
3. Bedroom, double bed, bunk bed (cot 180 cm x 80 cm), seating on armchairs at the table, large sofa (sofa bed), coffee table, wardrobe. This bedroom is a passage room, it goes through to the back bedrooms.
(4) Living room, sofa, dining table, TV.
5.the kitchen, fully equipped, dishwasher, el. cooker + oven, coffee maker, microwave, all utensils.
Bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror with cupboards, washing machine, electric "ladder" for heating.
Separate toilet, with washbasin.

Restaurant and shop in small village 1km Rynárec, or all other shopping and restaurants 4km Pelhřimov.

Indoor table tennis with equipment, children's sandpit (toys included), trampoline, badminton, hot tub with heating.
Fireplace (wood box provided), charcoal barbecue (charcoal can be purchased at the house handover),
Bed linen and towels, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, whirlpool chemicals - included.

The stay is booked after paying 50% of the price for the stay. The balance is due one week before arrival.
The deposit for possible damage to the property is collected on the day of arrival, is 120 €
Electricity consumption 6 kc/kwh. 50kwh are included in the price.
Final cleaning is not included in the price. We expect the property to be handed over cleaned. If you do not wish to do the final cleaning yourself, we will be happy to do it for you for a fee of 40€.
Check-in is possible from 15.00 to 18.00. Release of the property until 10.00 am.
In the summer season only stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Cancellation terms:
