Detached roof-only house on an approx. 400 sqm plot on the outskirts of Schneverdingen, in the centre of the Lüneburg Heath.
Our renovated and newly furnished roof-only house is located in a holiday home settlement close to nature.
On 74 sqm we offer a cosy living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms on the upper floor
(ATTENTION: to be reached via a space-saving staircase in alternating steps - see photo, not suitable for very small children and in case of walking impediment),
one sleeping accommodation on the ground floor, as well as a spacious terrace in your own garden for a relaxing and restful holiday.
A carport is available for parking on the property.

Schneverdingen is located in the city triangle of Hamburg, Bremen, Hanover and right in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park.
The cities of Lüneburg and Celle, both worth a visit, are also only an hour's drive away.
Look forward to extensive heath areas, mystical moors and beautiful forests
We recommend the area around Höpen and the Wilseder Berg, as well as the Pietzmoor and of course the Heidschnuckenweg.
Hiking, cycling, enjoying nature and much more await you in the region.
You can also reach Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover comfortably from Schneverdingen by train, inexpensively with the Lower Saxony ticket.

Glorious peace, good amenities
There were four of us in the house, aged between 12 and 83 years. The small room on the ground floor was great for the 83-year-old, as she thus avoided the space-saving stairs to the upper floor. Better not to startle in the two single beds upstairs. We were very satisfied and felt completely comfortable. From the first communication with the landlord to the handover after our vacation. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. With a beautiful terrace, garden, a balcony, carport, games, and small attentions. Delightfully quiet. In the village about 30 minutes on foot.

Sleep like at home - simply to feel good
We enjoyed the vacation in the little house very much and felt completely comfortable. We were two people and the small room on the ground floor with the sleeping chair was our dressing room. Everything was clean, tidy, and furnished for comfort. Excellent mattresses in all 4 beds upstairs. We would have loved to take the couch set with us, it was so comfortable :) The friendly and very personal key handover upon arrival made us feel very welcome. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in this house. Thank you.

Simply great
The accommodation has everything one needs for a stay. Even coffee and filters were provided, so after a long journey, one could enjoy a coffee right away. Welcome drinks and treats were also prepared for us by Mrs. Bender. She was very accommodating and helpful otherwise as well. We also really liked the location. We would love to come back.

Cozy, clean, and absolutely recommendable!
We had a great week with two children in this beautiful holiday home. It is very clean, comfortably furnished, and excellently equipped. The quiet location on the edge of the village is perfect for relaxing. It takes a bit longer to walk to the town center, but the relaxation on site completely makes up for it. A big thank you to the very nice hostess for the warm welcome! We felt completely at home.

The house is cozy and beautifully furnished! The kitchen equipment, towels, and bed linens are exceptionally good.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Von der ersten Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bis zur Übergabe nach unserem Urlaub. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit schöner Terrasse, Garten, einem Balkon, Carport, Spielen und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Herrlich ruhig. In den Ort ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß.
Durch die freundliche und sehr persönliche Schlüsselübergabe bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in diesem Haus. Danke
Frau Bendler empfing uns bei der Ankunft und für uns waren Obst, Getränke, Süßigkeiten und frische Blumen bereitgestellt!
Es werden flauschige Handtücher bereit gelegt und auch um die Bettwäsche muss man sich nicht kümmern, alles ist blitz sauber, als wäre das nicht genug gibt es süße Willkommensgrüße ?

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Schneverdingen und werden sicher wieder kommen.
komplett augestattet, es fehlt nichts. Das Auto ist in einem Carport untergebracht . Die Anbindung zur Stadt und ins Umland ist unproblematisch. Wir würden immer wieder hier buchen und werden diese Adresse ganz bestimmt weitergeben.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen angenehmen Lage. In die Stadt sind es ca. 20-25 min zu Fuß oder ca. 5 Min mit dem Auto.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird (plus Handtüchern und Bettwäsche). Wer einen angenehmen und ruhigen Urlaub sucht ist mit dem Haus bestens versorgt.
Die Lage macht es auch perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ( z.b Hamburg oder Hannover beide ca 1 Std mit dem Auto entfernt)
Die Übergabe des Hauses und die Abwicklung der Zahlung erfolgte reibungslos mit einer wirklich sehr netten Vermieterin.
Dies wird bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub in dem Haus gewesen sein.

Das Ferienhaus kann man zu 100% weiterempfehlen, sehr ruhige Lage, Terasse lädt zum entspannen ein und natürlich auch für Grillabende, toller Garten zum toben für Kinder
