Detached roof-only house on an approx. 400 sqm plot on the outskirts of Schneverdingen, in the centre of the Lüneburg Heath.
Our renovated and newly furnished roof-only house is located in a holiday home settlement close to nature.
On 74 sqm we offer a cosy living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms on the upper floor
(ATTENTION: to be reached via a space-saving staircase in alternating steps - see photo, not suitable for very small children and in case of walking impediment),
one sleeping accommodation on the ground floor, as well as a spacious terrace in your own garden for a relaxing and restful holiday.
A carport is available for parking on the property.

Schneverdingen is located in the city triangle of Hamburg, Bremen, Hanover and right in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park.
The cities of Lüneburg and Celle, both worth a visit, are also only an hour's drive away.
Look forward to extensive heath areas, mystical moors and beautiful forests
We recommend the area around Höpen and the Wilseder Berg, as well as the Pietzmoor and of course the Heidschnuckenweg.
Hiking, cycling, enjoying nature and much more await you in the region.
You can also reach Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover comfortably from Schneverdingen by train, inexpensively with the Lower Saxony ticket.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 56 days before the arrival date.
If you cancel up to 42 days before arrival, 15% of the rental price will be charged as cancellation fees, if you cancel up to 28 days before arrival, 25% of the rental price, if you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, 35% of the rental price.

The house is cozy and beautifully furnished! The kitchen equipment, towels, and bed linens are exceptionally good.
Mrs. Bendler welcomed us upon arrival and fruits, drinks, sweets, and fresh flowers were prepared for us!

Highly recommended
The holiday home is very lovingly furnished and offers everything you need. Fluffy towels are provided, and you don't have to worry about the bed linen; everything is sparkling clean. As if that weren't enough, there are sweet welcome greetings. Mrs. Bendler is super nice and warm. We had great days in Schneverdingen and will definitely come back.

Short vacation in the heath
We spent 5 nights in this beautiful holiday home. The house is located in a quiet area, with no noise or traffic disturbances. Everything is spotless, the kitchen and the apartment are completely equipped, nothing is missing. The car is parked in a carport. The connection to the city and the surrounding area is easy. We would book here again and will definitely pass on this address.
