Description

Timber house built in 2020 in frame construction at the Geltinger Bay. The wooden house has two flats with separate ground-level entrances. A parking space is available for each flat. The house is equipped with underfloor heating and a decentralised ventilation system. This contributes to a comfortable living climate. The terraces are located at the side of the building with a view of the garden. Here you can relax, enjoy the greenery and review the day in the evening at sunset. Insect-friendly flowers and herbs have been planted in the garden. The property is partly fenced. The flat vörn (approx. 60m²) has a living and dining area with open, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and TV, a bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with WC, washbasin and floor-flush shower with glass partition as well as towel radiator. The terrace is equipped with a seating set and parasol. There is a bicycle stand available.

The Baltic Sea is approx. 300 mm away. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. Cycling and walking tours can be started directly from the front door in the direction of Geltinger Birk (nature reserve), Maasholm (old fishing village), Kronsgaard (bathing beach), Gelting Mole (marina with restaurant and café), Falshöft (lighthouse, station of the Nature Conservation Union with exhibition on local nature), etc. You can discover Kappeln, Flensburg or the wider surroundings by car or local public transport; it is worth taking a boat trip on the Schlei.
