Approx. 50 m from the marina in Ærøskøbing, where there is both mini golf and playground and approx. 200 meters to the city center, this terraced house is located in Ærø Marina. The house is for the small family who primarily want a perfect base for excursions on the island. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs and separate oven as well as refrigerator with freezer. The water can be seen from the bedroom, so you have the opportunity to follow part of the great activity that takes place on the water. Ærø Marina consists of 37 terraced houses built in 1986, after which the area was renovated in 2004 (the outside areas). Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Good amenities. Ladder to the double bed above very steep. Location close to the city and beach. Recommendations: A walk to the beach huts at sunset is worth it!

Really nice and practical holiday home with a super location. We lacked nothing. However, the stairs up to the otherwise cozy and large loft are not suitable for older people. Recommendations: Mini golf in the harbor Flea market in the square on Wednesday and Saturday Lovely shops in Ærøskæbing Great food and sale of Ærø t-shirts and other items in Den Gamle Købmandsgaard Microbakery in Vestergade
