Approx. 50 m from the marina in Ærøskøbing, where there is both mini golf and playground and approx. 200 meters to the city center, this terraced house is located in Ærø Marina. The house is for the small family who primarily want a perfect base for excursions on the island. The kitchen has i.a. ceramic hobs and separate oven as well as refrigerator with freezer. The water can be seen from the bedroom, so you have the opportunity to follow part of the great activity that takes place on the water. Ærø Marina consists of 37 terraced houses built in 1986, after which the area was renovated in 2004 (the outside areas). Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Clean and tidy, comfortably furnished, the kitchen has everything you need, you can relax well on the terrace.

The location is ideal for families who want to enjoy the local amenities and beaches. The house is beautifully decorated, and the terrace was perfect for morning coffee. We also loved the proximity of Café Aroma for breakfast! Would definitely come back.

Overall a pleasant experience, The house is large enough for four people, and the proximity to local attractions like Ærøskøbing Strand made it easy to explore, It was nice to have a washing machine available, No major complaints, although a little more attention to cleaning would have been appreciated,
