Montesoffio has eight charming, comfortable apartments and four splendid B&B rooms available for our guests. There are 6 two-room apartments and 2 three-room apartments that will accommodate up to six persons. All the apartments (40 - 60 m2) have their entrance on the ground floor. They all feature a combination of living-dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, and one or two bedrooms. One of our apartments is equipped to accommodate disabled guests. Fruit and olive trees and a certified biological vineyard surround the house. Our lovely saltwater swimming pool has a panoramic view across the countryside.
All apartments have their own entrance and the B&B rooms have a common entrance on the ground floor. From the kitchen/living room you have direct access to the garden. Also nice if you want to eat outside in the morning or evening sun.
In the shared living room there is FREE WiFi, satellite TV, a house bar, a library and a fireplace. Children can enjoy the TRAMPOLINE and separate PLAYGROUNDS around the house. For those who come with an electric car, a charging station is available (20 kW, T2 plug).
Experience the ambiance and taste the wine, olive oil and fresh produce from our country estate and the region. Explore the strongholds, fortresses, monasteries and castles dating from the Roman period and Middle Ages and visit the numerous festivals and games in the nearby towns. Go hiking through the hills, visit the shore for a day at the beach, or just enjoy the peace and quiet that our country estate has to offer. Cool off in our swimming pool or relax in a hammock in the orchard.

Be our guest on the terrace or in the dining hall to enjoy the special ambiance and home cooked Italian meals that are served in an atmosphere of warmth, accented by large wooden tables and the charm of the Italian countryside. Whenever possible, we use the fruits and herbs grown in our gardens and the olive oil and wine produced here at the estate. We serve also wine from other local vineyards.

You’ll find our former farmhouse, now converted into Country House Montesoffio, at the end of a country road just a short distance from Barchi. The medieval village of Barchi is located 25 minutes from the Adriatic Sea amidst a mixture of gentle hills and small settlements nestled on the slopes of the towering peaks that make up the beautiful landscape of Pesaro-Urbino. Small medieval town on top of a hill. In town there is a restaurant, postoffice, bar, supermarket, butcher, farmacy etc.

Op zoek naar een nieuw leven als zelfstandige ondernemers hebben wij in 2002 onze banen in Nederland opgezegd en zijn naar Le Marche in Italië vertrokken. We wilden naar een regio met een warmer klimaat, meer natuur, rust en stilte en lekker eten. We vonden een bijzonder mooi gelegen eigen landgoed om op te knappen, te beheren en te exploiteren: Country house Montesoffio in de gemeente Barchi (PU). Wij vinden het allebei leuk om lekker te koken, te verzorgen en om buiten te zijn, daarom maken wij met veel plezier het jullie naar de zin, laten je thuis voelen en verwennen je.
