House for up to 14 persons. 220 m2 living area, 70 m2 balcony, terrace with 2 wood-fired hot pools and barbecue. A wood-fired sauna behind the house by the stream, which can be shared with other guests by arrangement.
2 x kitchen, 2 x TV, 2 x wc/shower, air conditioning, underfloor heating in one bathroom, dishwasher, micro, oven.
The house can be separated by a door into 2 flats, there is then a flat for 4 and one for 9 pers. available.

In our surroundings there is a lot of game, like moose, red deer, luxe, roe deer etc.. I will gladly give you tips on where you have a chance to see moose in the wild.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, behind the house flows a small stream, where a wood-fired sauna is ready. The property is approx. 8000 m2, with barbecue area and 2 wood-fired outdoor baths with terrace for the colder season or just to relax on a summer evening. Nearby there are numerous very beautifully situated lakes for bathing or also for fishing, there is also a rowing boat at your disposal.
The Baltic Sea with its beautiful beaches is about 10 minutes by car from the accommodation, as is the famous salmon river Mörrum. there are also 2 golf courses nearby ( 5 and 10 km ). The nearest smaller town is Karlshamn, a harbour town with a lot of Swedish culture. Eriksberg is a nature park with many animals such as bison, red and fallow deer, eagles etc., which you drive through in your own car, approx. 35 km from the holiday home. The island of Hanö is of course always worth a visit, on the inhabited island there are no cars and also no stress, the island can be reached by ferry after about 15-20 min drive.
Our area is an Eldorado for anglers and water sports enthusiasts, there are many lakes where fishing is very cheap or even free, also the Baltic Sea is available for fishing, here fishing is also free!

Best Ulraub ever
We enjoyed our holiday in the beautiful holiday home
We were thrilled by the nature and the landlord always gave us good fishing tips so that our husbands always came home with fish.

Whether in the beautiful country house with the whole extended family or in one of Markus' other great houses with anglers or motorbike friends.

Family vacation
Whoever wants a quiet, relaxing vacation is in the right place here. It is one of three vacation houses owned by the landlord, who was always available and responded promptly to inquiries.
Each vacation house has a hot tub, which is easy to use and provides relaxation.
Swimming or fishing opportunities can be reached by car within a few minutes. Excursion destinations are available in the surrounding area and need to be researched.
However, the equipment of the house was very poor. For the indicated number of people (12-14), the inventory (plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc.) is not sufficient. In our opinion, the house is suitable for 8-10 people.
We thank Markus, Paul, and Spöke (the house cat) for the great time!

Summer vacation 2919
We 11 people were for the 3rd time in this holiday home and had a great vacation. The men rented a boat from Markus for fishing. The kids were able to move freely on the premises. There was nothing missing in the house. We have recovered very well and will definitely come back.

Great Swedish house
You can really feel comfortable here, the great view from the terrace of the forest and the stream is truly moving. The evenings in the hot tub were absolutely a highlight. The landlord was super friendly. The landscape and the surroundings are fantastically beautiful.
We will gladly come back.
