Dear guests,
we are pleased that you are interested in our holiday home.
The comfortable holiday home in a top location is situated at the end of the Tonbach valley on a small road with no through traffic.
The quiet south-west hillside location offers a beautiful view of the Tonbach valley.
Our holiday home is located on the edge of the Black Forest National Park.
The house for sole occupancy has high-quality furnishings.
The 11 beds are in 6 bedrooms. (orthopedic mattresses and adjustable slatted frames) 1 bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed.
The kitchen integrated into the living-dining area is fully equipped. Stove with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and other electrical appliances.
Complete set of dishes and cooking utensils.
The living room has a satellite TV and a micro system with DVD player. Two bedrooms are also equipped with a television. In the storage room with a spacious wardrobe, there is an additional freezer.
The floors in the living area and bedrooms are covered with laminate or wood. The bathrooms have a barrier-free shower and, like the toilets, are completely nicely tiled.
You can book the wellness area additionally if needed.
On the terrace under the house, a gas grill is available for you free of charge. A charcoal grill has been installed near the upper terrace. Visit our homepage and send us an inquiry, then you will receive an individual offer as soon as possible.
Check-in is possible contactlessly. You only need an access code, which we will send you in good time. The information required for our guests about the house and the stay will be sent to you in advance by email.

The holiday house is located near the forest. The hiking trails start directly at the House.
The surrounding area offers a variety of sports. NorDig walking and driving on the mountain is very popular.
You can hang gliding and paragliding in Baiersbronn. Sail and surf is available on the Nagoldtalsperre.
In the winter come the guests on the groomed XC and the Abfahrshängen at their expense. The cross-country ski runs and slopes are equipped with floodlights to the part.

Beautiful holiday home in a breathtaking location
We were with 2 families, 4 adults, 4 children, in this great house. There is nothing lacking, really everything has been thought of. Sufficient space and neatly clean. The terrace is simply a dream. Right next door a cafe/restaurant with really good food.
The location of the house is indescribably beautiful and has so much to offer right outside the door. The nearby stream captivated us every day, pure nature. We could absolutely let our souls dangle, we were immediately in holiday mode. The landlords were super friendly and were on hand with help and advice. Thank you very much for this unforgettable stay.

We wanted for nothing...
We were 9 friends and had enough rooms to stay in, a sufficiently large common room with a super-equipped kitchen. The location is very good for hiking, as you can start walking directly from the house. It was clean and well-maintained and the wellness area offers many possibilities - some of the sauna towels could be a bit bigger, but otherwise the area is very well equipped and makes you feel good.
The only drawback - the Wi-Fi in the common room only works moderately or not at all. This didn't bother us so much as we didn't need it that often....
I would definitely recommend the accommodation.

Es freut uns, dass wir seit 02.01.2025 stabiles WLAN zur Verfügung stellen können. Unsere Anbindung an das Internet erfolgt jetzt über eine LTE-Antenne und wir haben im Ferienhaus einen neuen WLAN Verstärker installiert, der mit einem neuen LAN Kabel angeschlossen ist.

Buddies Weekend in the wonderful holiday home Seid
With 5 friends, we spent a great extended weekend in the Seid vacation house. The landlord family Seid is very nice and the accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. Each of us had a cozy room for themselves, the furnishings are fantastic, even a spacious sauna is available. We were thrilled and will gladly come back to the Seid family in the beautiful Black Forest!
