The brand new Villa Matuzi stands out with its simple elegance and modern stylish design. The beautiful holiday home is located in an absolutely quiet and private location in the village of Loborika. When you enter the villa you will immediately notice how spacious and bright everything seems to you.

The beautiful, exclusive living and dining area, with a state-of-the-art, very well-equipped kitchen, leaves nothing to be desired. The villa consists of two floors but only the ground floor is rented while the first floor is closed and not rented to other guests either. The object is for sole use. The three double bedrooms, furnished with great attention to detail, and three bathrooms, each room with TV and air conditioning, invite you to a restful night's sleep. The cozy Istrian-style tavern-konoba makes men's hearts beat faster.

The domicile has a floor space of 200 square meters, so it is ideal for 6 people. The outdoor area also offers a lot, the covered, very large terrace with a state-of-the-art, fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities (gas grill) and a large dining table, ensures a summery atmosphere when barbecuing together. You can use the cozy veranda to relax and the private, heatable saltwater pool without the smell of chlorine or chemicals has a beautiful turquoise water look. (Extra cost for pool heating 210/Euro per week).

The adjacent jacuzzi whirlpool with an indescribable view of nature and an olive plantation rounds off your well-deserved vacation. The private property stretches over 15,000 square meters and can be used for walks and playing. Animation is provided, no pictures yet, but in planning, table tennis, darts, basketball hoop and a garden playhouse. Private parking spaces are available in the closed property. The villa is suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are unfortunately not allowed.
