Petit-Fays is located on the Ardennes plateau, just before the descent to the valley of the Semois. Petit-Fays, near Vresse-sur-Semois, is a picturesque Ardennes village with only 133 inhabitants. You can stay in our beautiful Ardennes country house and enjoy the peace, nature and regional dishes.
Great for those who want to go out and spend their vacation actively, you have opportunities for kayaking, horseback riding, mountain biking, cycling, hiking, etc ... in the immediate vicinity.
The holiday home is equipped with every luxury, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV on cable distribution, wifi, wood stove, central heating(paid), etc. You can relax in the beautiful enclosed garden and light the barbecue for some authentic dishes. Pets are welcome. Firewood(paid) is available in the garage.

Bivouacked with 8 adults for a week in the dirty house. The plastic garden chairs were all broken except for 2, which means that we have not sat outside properly with the beautiful weather. (really outrageous) The picnic bench with a broken plank, a steel garden bucket that was full of spent charcoal. The BBQs outside were too dirty to handle. The grass was not mowed properly. The front door could hardly be opened for the reason that it drags on the floor, idem the garden door. Lime that comes down with chunks at the back door. American fridge, but because of the noise this thing makes you don't sit in the kitchen for fun. A waste bin with no bottom in the kitchen. A toilet paper holder dangling in the toilet room, sockets that are loose. Well me Stop it, but this stay has been very disappointing to us. 1st floor was fine for the rest, but via Belvilla this is unfortunately not the first time, but it was definitely the last time for us that we booked. So much money to pay for a poor quality stay on the points as described.You (Belvilla) apparently do not check anything at all, even if your holidaymakers are in a pigsty, it still apparently does not bother Belvilla one meter.Hopefully this review will change Belvilla's mind. We have already left for that reason instead of Saturday, Friday.

It is a very nice house with enough space for everyone. The garden has a very nice barbecue, and again enough places for the group to sit outside together.
There is a lot to do in the region. You can dive into the forest for an hour with beautiful views of hills and rivers. We even spotted wild boars in the forest. Also fantastic is the location close to the French border. You'll be in Sedan or Charleville in no time. The zoo of Bouillon is also recommended!
The landlord is a super attentive friendly gentleman who is easy to communicate with.

Easy check in and check out. My family and I loved our stay there, and the dogs loved the patio. Very nice house for a family weekend, specially if you have dogs and/or kids. There are enough kitchen utensils and we did not have to bring bed sheets.
