Description
We offer you on approx. 100 sqm a comfortably equipped holiday home for 6 persons consisting of entrance area (vestibule), living room with satellite TV, eat-in kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower with level access and washing machine, separate WC and hallway on the ground floor.
On the first floor there is another double bedroom with a travel cot and 2 single children's rooms, each with a bed of 2.00 m x 0.90 m. There is also a bathroom. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with WC, shower and washbasin here.
There is a wheelchair ramp to the entrance and the ground floor is usable for wheelchair users.
The garden is 800 sqm, fenced (bordered by fence, hedge and culvert) and has a south-facing terrace and play facilities for the children. A parking space is available in front of the house.
Bicycles can be parked in the shed next to the house and the house's own trolley, which you will find there, is sand beach tested.

The house is located in the spa town of Schillig. The next largest town is Horumersiel and only two kilometres away. Jever, the next largest town, is 20 km from the holiday home. You can reach the beach on foot in 5 minutes. In the village itself you will find a bakery, a restaurant, an ice cream parlour, a bicycle rental and several souvenir shops. At the beach, you can make use of various leisure facilities: large children's playground, kitesurfing school, mini golf course, Ferris wheel, trampoline, etc.

If inhabitable conditions arise during your stay, you will receive a pro-rated refund. No further claims for damages can be made. We are not liable for your personal property.
