A friendly maisonette flat for max. 4 persons, 65 sqm. The clean and bright kitchen-living room has a south-facing balcony with a view of the larger ships in the Kiel Canal (140 m away, as in the photo). Three cosy bedrooms have double beds; one of them is in the attic (good standing height there; the space-saving stairs leading up there are not safe for small children.
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and washing machine. The own access to the flat leads over the balcony. The flat always has pleasant air thanks to automatic fresh air supply.
The south-facing balcony and the windows are shaded: together with the good thermal insulation, the flat remains pleasantly tempered even in summer.
EXTENSION for families:
If you book the lower flats additionally then a maximum occupancy of 8 persons is possible. Both flats have the same price. The large eat-in kitchen on the ground floor is amply equipped for family gatherings. The total living space is then 142 sqm.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet residential area with detached houses. In the village there is a village shop and the canal snack bar with a view and the leisure park with lots of play equipment. 3 simple bicycles with gears are available for you in the bicycle shed and there is a bicycle rental on site.
The canal ferry is free of charge. Here you can walk in the woods, lakes and on the side paths along the canal.

Everything is great
We felt very comfortable; everything was clean and cosily furnished. The wheelchair-accessible bathroom made things much easier for my parents. The garden is nice and was used by us daily. Our dog also felt at ease. Very friendly landlords, attentive and very helpful. It was a great vacation for our family. Thank you very much for that.

In the apartment, which is furnished with a lot of ideas, craftsmanship, and love, you immediately feel very comfortable. It is complete, practical, and well equipped. The garden that belongs to it is also worth seeing and offers a high quality of stay. The friendly landlords were always approachable and very helpful. Ideal for a relaxing vacation.
