This cute, small independent country house (newly built) could possibly be something special for a "romantic vacation" on SARDINIA.
The "Campagna" country house consists of a large living room in which up to two adults and a baby can sleep (a cot is available) - a bathroom with shower / toilet / bidet and washing machine - a spacious kitchen - a large bedroom with double beds, in which there is space for two more adults and another small bathroom with shower and toilet, for a maximum occupancy of 4 adults + 1 toddler.
In the living room there is a flat screen TV, a safe and a wood stove to heat the house in the winter months. On the terrace you have a breathtaking view, you can see the "Monte Irvieri" and sunbathe in complete privacy. There is a large brick barbecue right next to the house for your own use and there are many Mediterranean plants, shrubs, fig trees, almonds, lemons, oranges, cherries, persimmons, apples etc ... you will definitely be amazed.

Location and surroundings of object

It is a perfect place to relax in a beautiful valley surrounded by an enchanting Mediterranean natural landscape, far from the chaos and hustle and bustle. There are three independent houses in the area about 200 meters apart for privacy and tranquility. For all 3 houses there is the use of a small swimming pool (seasonally only usable from June 1st to September 30th).

If you are interested in excursions or trekking tours, or if you want to visit the beautiful places like the "Gorroppu Gorge" or the Nuraghe village "Tiscali", or if you want to take a nice walk to "Cala Luna" (one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean) , beautiful excursions can be organized especially for you as a guest. The owner will be happy to give you information on how you can reach these places worth seeing on your own. The idyllic holiday resort "Cala Gonone" (approx. 8,500 Ew.) And its beautiful beaches are approx. 4 km away. The next beautiful beach is "Cala Cartoe" approx. 3.5 km away.

Shopping and service options are located directly in the town of CALA GONONE (approx. 4 km). Horseback riding, water sports, golf, tennis, volleyball are offered in the entire area.

Distance from OLBIA airport approx. 120 km - from ALGHERO approx. 2.3 hours by car and CAGLIARI approx. 2.5 hours by car.
