Beach location with sunbathing lawn
The holiday house is located about 15 m from the lake directly on the beach, which is only accessible to our guests and us. Bathing is possible here without any problems even for non-swimmers
The rental property consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The double bed in the bedroom has two single mattresses
There is an LED TV in the living room and an additional smaller set in the bedroom. W-Lan is available throughout the property.
For chilly days, modern electric heaters are installed in all rooms
In front of the house you can have breakfast on a covered terrace and enjoy the view of the lake or watch water birds up close.
A sunbathing lawn with appropriate furniture and a beach chair is also available, as is a barbecue.
A parking space for your car is reserved for you on the property.
There is another holiday home, the beach cottage, about 20 m away.

The beach house is located on our property in a traffic-calmed avenue
The holiday house is about 15 m from the lake directly on the beach, which is only accessible to our guests and us. Bathing is possible here without any problems even for non-swimmers. At the other end of the property - about 60 m away - is our house on the street.
You can easily reach the sights of Waren, the harbour, various shopping facilities and restaurants on foot.
There is another holiday home, the Strandhäuschen, about 20 m away.

Great holiday home
Great holiday home directly by the lake, quiet and equipped with everything you need. The cottage was clean and comfortably furnished. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. We felt completely at ease and can only recommend this beautiful oasis.

Water and calm
We spent a lovely week of vacation for the second time in the beach house of the Milhahn family. Despite the great heat, it was very pleasant again as the Müritz is right in front of the bungalow. Highly recommended.
