Holiday home located south of Vesterø Harbor in idyllic natural surroundings with panoramic views of the heather and the popular sandy beach Kongestrand and probably the island's most child-friendly beach. The house is furnished with three rooms, a bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine. Lovely kitchen with dining area and cozy living room with wood burning stove. Lovely plot with sandpit and swings and the plot is fenced at the same time. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The house has been partially renovated. Since we were here last year, we could see the changes well. It has turned out very nice. It's a pity that the floor in the new kitchen was not refurbished. In the other rooms, it now looks really good. They also forgot to provide spoons and kitchen knives, for example, for cutting bread. The location of the house (close to the beach) is simply great. Those seeking peace and relaxation will find it well on Laesoe. Recommendations: simply obtain information about excursions, etc. from the brochures in the house or at the tourist information.
