Beautiful house close to the sea and offering from the first floor a nice sea view! Perfect location in the second line of the sea front, 30m from the beach of the small family seaside resort of Denneville-plage on the west coast of the Cotentin (10km from Barneville-Carteret), opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark ...) or you can make a small jump by ferry from Carteret
It offers on the ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen, living room / lounge + fireplace and communicating with 2 small verandas, 1 beautiful bedroom, bathroom, toilet. Back kitchen opening onto large veranda with cupboards.
First floor: landing 'mezzanine' leading to 3 good bedrooms, wc and shower room, small attic
Garage with shower. Chalet at the back of the house (40 m²) with sanitary facilities. Beach cabin and outside shower. 2 terraces with blinds (one with LED lighting)

Absolutely recommended

Characterful house, lovingly furnished, comfortable and inviting, where one feels at home immediately. The garden is very spacious and fenced, perfect for children or pets. This house is ideally located for walks (beach reachable in one minute) as well as for exploring the beautiful coast and is truly 100% recommendable.
