For example, apartment 4 + 2 with 2 separate bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - kitchen - balcony - 120 EUR per apartment / per night.

Location and surroundings of object
Our idyllic cottage is located only 270m from the main beach in Promajna. Nearby there are several grocery stores and zahreiche beautiful seafront restaurants are known for good Croatian and international cuisine.
Playground on the beach. Promajna is resort near Makarska and Brela located in the area between the Adriatic Sea and the mountains of legacy left an indelible imprint on that place which is proud of its preserved examples of popular rural architecture. Wonderful beaches, which extend through the Makarska Riviera, Promajna make it the perfect tourist destination for families with young children. Numerous cafés and restaurants that are built on the seaside and the nearby cities of Omis and Split offer many opportunities for high quality recreation and entertainment. Wide range of quality accommodation facilities and the long tourist tradition in this part of Makarska Riviera guarantee you a pleasant rest in the beautiful ambience. Excursions in the vicinity include also a visit to the old villages in the foot. All of these villages follow the same pattern: in all there are old Steingaßen, roads, small markets with churches and schools, and ancient fields and olive groves nearby. These villages, barely ten minutes drive from the coast, surrounded by a Mediterranean greenhouse, far from the noise and crowds of the beaches, with clean air, mild climate and splendid sight on the surrounding island of Brac, Hvar and Solta, meeting every guest on first sight.

Not recommended
During our entire stay, the air conditioning was broken! 38 degrees at night in the bedrooms - hardly slept. Wi-Fi rarely and poorly functioning. Double bed in apartment 1a sagged on one side (lower than the other side). Kitchen poorly equipped. Contrary to the description on Ferienmiete.de, there is NO washing machine use. The pool shower of the small pool is broken, and the water quality accordingly, but that's not a real problem because the sea is only a 5-minute walk away.
Out of all our holiday accommodations, the worst value for money. It's a shame because the place itself and the location of the holiday apartments with balconies and terraces are really nice!
