Description
Lovingly renovated old Umgebinde house, ecologically refurbished (with clay plaster, Swiss pine wood, country house planks). The apartment with a separate entrance is located on the ground floor of the right side of the house. You can access the garden via the associated terrace, where the open fire pit invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. In the large living and bedroom (25 sqm), you sleep on a double bed 1.60m wide; there is also a small sofa. The combination of clay and sandstone keeps the house pleasantly cool in the summer, and thanks to the fireplace, it gets cozily warm in the winter.

Location and surroundings of object
We are at the end of a cul de sac in the valley next to the Gründelbach. A few meters into the forest and nature reserve Saxon Switzerland. Due to our location we are spared from noise and pollution, and human and animal can move safely. When the time comes the fireflies, one can observe this directly to hundreds in the garden. The house has a dog (Settermix), a cat and goats.

Cancellation terms:
If a cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, we will charge 40% of the total amount as a cancellation fee. From 14 days before the start of the trip, as well as in case of no-show, the entire rental price will be charged.
