House Ilani Dahme
Comfortable, spacious holiday home in a quiet location, in approx. 4 minutes directly on the promenade and thus directly on the beach.
Spacious garden with terrace and barbecue.
The house is equipped with everything you can imagine. Many books, CDs and games. The kitchen is also very well equipped: plenty of crockery and all utensils for cooking, as well as oils, spices, tea...
A bit too much private equipment for our taste. There were private utensils in every drawer, from nose drops to blood pressure monitors to hygiene products. But that is complaining on a high level
The carpeting on the stairs and on the upper floor should be replaced or exchanged for a washable covering. There were quite a few stains
The parking situation was not well organised at all. The house consists of the large main house Ilani and a small annex, which is also rented out
There is a very small car park only for the rear annexe. However, this was not stated on this booking portal or in the confirmation email from the rental offices. Only 10 days before arrival we received an email with information about arrival and departure and the information that no parking space belongs to the house Ilani.
There are only a few public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, which are very competitive. For me, that's stress I don't need on holiday
We have never experienced a holiday home for 6 people without a single parking space and it definitely belongs to the basic equipment or at least communicated
Definitely a reason for us not to book this otherwise beautiful house again.

A super beautiful and well-furnished house. The location is quiet and thus also very cozy to sit on the terrace in the garden to enjoy breakfast in the morning. The beach is quickly accessible, as is the dog beach. We have booked again directly for next year.

Beautiful cozy house. Ideal for dog owners. Location great, exceptionally quiet and a short walk to the beach. We will come back.

Großzügiger Garten mit Terrasse und Grill.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen kann. Sehr viele Bücher, CDs und auch Spiele. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut bestückt: reichlich Geschirr und sämtliche Utensilien zum Kochen, wie auch Öle, Gewürze, Tee..
Für unserer Geschmack etwas zu viel private Ausstattung. In jeder Schublade steckten private Utensilien, von Nasentropfen über Blutdruckmessgerät bis hin zu Hygieneartikeln. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.
Die Teppichböden auf den Treppenstufen sowie in der oberen Etage müssten mal ausgetauscht werden oder gegen abwaschbaren Belag getauscht werden. Dort waren schon ziemlich viele Flecken.
Was gar nicht gut geregelt war ist die Parkplatzsituation. Das Haus besteht aus dem großen Haupthaus Ilani und einen kleinen Anbau, welcher ebenfalls vermietet wird.
Es steht ein sehr kleiner Parkplatz nur für das hintere Nebenhaus zur Verfügung. Das stand aber weder auf diesem Buchungsportal noch in der Bestätigungsmail der Vermietungsbüros. Lediglich 10 Tage vor der Anreise kam eine Mail mit den Infos zur An-und Abreise und dort die Info, dass zum Haus Ilani kein Parkplatz gehört.
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind nur wenige öffentliche Parkplätze, die sehr umkämpft sind. Das ist für mich Stress, den ich im Urlaub nicht gebrauchen kann.
Ein Ferienhaus für 6 Personen ohne einen einzigen Parkplatz haben wir noch nie erlebt und gehört definitiv zur Grundausstattung oder wenigstens mitgeteilt.
Für uns definitiv ein Grund dieses sonst schöne Haus nicht mehr zu buchen.
