The villa 'Flor da Agave' enchants with an exotic garden, a light-flooded house, and a magnificent view of the sea. In the spacious garden there are agaves, cypresses, carob trees, eucalyptus trees, and many other broad plant species. On the private driveway you drive up a gentle hill through an oleander avenue; due to the elevated position, you have a fantastic view of the Atlantic, especially from the upper terrace. From the terrace you can enjoy fantastic sunsets and a relaxing holiday. The villa consists of two floors, each with its own living room, fully equipped kitchen, and terrace with sea view.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms (2 double beds and a sofa bed) and two bathrooms, one of them ensuite.
Upstairs there is a fourth bedroom and another bathroom. The villa is situated on a 1.2 ha property, providing plenty of privacy. The small building next to the villa is the "Casinha", where guests have access to a toilet and shower with direct access from the pool.
Directly in front of the villa is a private pool measuring 10x4m.
The pool is heated by solar energy, so the water temperature is pleasant all year round. There are countless agaves on the property, whose meter-high blossoms can be admired every year. The blossom of the agave therefore also gives the house the name 'Flor da Agave'.

Villa Flor da Agave is located between Quelfes and Moncarapacho in a quiet and private location.
The villa is situated on a 1.2 hectare plot in the hills west of Moncarapacho.
A long private driveway leads up to the villa from the public access road. From the holiday home you have a great view of the sea, which is about 4 km away, and the Santa Maria lighthouse on the island of Culatra.
To the beaches of Fuzeta or to Olhao (boat to Culatra or Armona) it is about 8 min. by car.
By car it is about 30 min. to Faro airport.

Great holiday home -super location
The support on site and also from the landlord in Germany was great. We rented the holiday home for 14 days (end of October/beginning of November). We spent a wonderful holiday there. Even the pool was still usable at this time of year. The location is unique. You are alone and still in a short time at the beach or in Olhao (shopping possibilities)
(shopping possibilities).
The house can also be used by many people who value their privacy. One bedroom has an "en-suite" toilet with shower. Two other bedrooms have a toilet and shower together. Of course, one can use everything with only a few people (we were only two people).
The great view of the sea should also be emphasised.
So all in all, a wonderful accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired
Of course, everything was super clean in the house and there was enough crockery etc..

Fantastic location
Here you can spend a dreamlike, quiet holiday.
The villa is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. You have a great view. Around the house is a spacious garden in the direct vicinity of the nature reserve
A highlight is the pool, which offers fun and refreshment.
You can reach shopping facilities etc. in a few minutes. Many great beaches can be reached after a short drive (e.g. Fuzetta)

Silence and More
Plenty of space and tranquility. Great bathing options on small nearby islands and unique transportation methods to get there. Charming little towns. Wonderful garden around the house.
