The object Sterflat makes a well-maintained impression overall. The location is excellent: One can reach the beach after a short crossing of the boulevard and the dunes, and the center is also easily accessible on foot. Positive highlights include the impressive view from the balcony directly onto the beach, the comfortable box spring bed, and the stable Wi-Fi, which has worked reliably at all times.

It was a very nice apartment. Nice quiet location and super close to the sea. Your service is top-notch. So thoughtful to call before departure and the refrigerator issue was resolved very quickly and adequately. The advantage of the replacement refrigerator was the freezer compartment. It is actually indispensable at a beach location. Just for ice packs alone.

The location at the expansive beach and centrally between Ijmuiden and Callantsoog with a view to Wijk aan Zee Egmond, the pedestrian zone, always nice furniture on the terrace is also very good. The architecture of the house is well thought out and there is no noise to be heard. The apartment is overall okay, but deductions in the B-grade.

As always very satisfied, great location especially in autumn. Wonderful sunsets, very sheltered balcony. Cute apartment with old charm. The organization of Rental was, as always, professionally good. We have already rented several apartments in Sterflat because of the beautiful view. In this apartment, you have a dreamlike view of the lighthouse and the sea. The furniture and the kitchen's equipment were fine. We missed a wardrobe and a few hooks in the bathroom for towels. We got used to the open shower after initial skepticism. The garage in the basement is tight but easy to access.

The apartment was okay. Great bed where one could sleep wonderfully. The bathroom is nice, but unfortunately without heating. The kitchen is okay - in my opinion, a bit needs reservations. Overall, I think the apartment is quite expensive compared to others in Sterflat.

We have stayed in Sterflat several times before. All apartments are centrally located to the town and the beach, right across the street. This apartment is distinguished by its great view of the sea from the beautiful balcony. It is simply yet comfortably and practically furnished. We felt completely at ease.

Upon entering the apartment, we felt a coziness that was likely due to the colors and shapes of the furniture selection and the rooms. Switches for the countertop lighting were visible, simple stove operation. A super bed. Good separation of the sleeping area. Perfect balcony furniture. And the omitted shower door, which allowed the bathroom to maintain its open space. And a red for connoisseurs!!

Prime location, directly at the beach. The house is very quiet and easy to reach. Although very small, the associated garage is worth its weight in gold, especially in the high season when one searches in vain for parking spots outside. The apartment is sufficiently large.

The Rentals Egmond team was very friendly and helpful! The apartment has a great location and a nice view, so we could enjoy the scenery even on rainy days. I traveled with my son, and the apartment is completely sufficient in size and amenities for two people.
