very beautiful well-maintained house in a very quiet location at the end of a path. Gravel pit at the back of the house is not disturbing. very nice landlords. The house is well equipped, especially with the pool which is very refreshing after a hike. Recommendations: Very good hiking area. Fishing in the lake is possible but there are only small fish. There is a good fish shop in Stavanger at the harbor where you can also get king crab.

I had a great time in this holiday home! The wood stove made it super cozy on cold nights. Moreover, the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. The only downside was that the satellite TV only had German and English channels, which was a bit of a shame for us.

The holiday home was well-equipped and spacious for our family of eight. We appreciated the practical layout with multiple bathrooms, which made getting ready easier. The living area was bright and inviting, perfect for relaxing together. Although we didn't venture far, the nearby dining options were convenient, especially the kebab shop, just a short drive away. A solid choice for a family vacation, but please note the additional costs for electricity and gas.

The first impression was not so good. You can tell that it is an older wooden house. However, this impression disappeared after the first few hours, and it was beautiful. The house was clean, very well furnished, and that included the outdoor area. The location and view are great for relaxing. You can skip fishing in the lake to protect the small trout. In the fjord, you catch good edible fish (mackerel, pollock, cod). The landlords on site are very friendly, very helpful, and always available. Thank you very much and see you next time! Recommendations: Hikes to Preikestolen, Manafossen, Stavanger are very popular. But the surrounding ones are also very beautiful. There is a bathing cove in the Lysefjord. It is highly recommended on warm days.

Recommendations: Preikestolen, / many hiking trails near the house (fitness required, not suitable for small children under 6 years) / the dreamily beautiful waterfall that feeds the lake in front of the house (about 5 minutes by car to the nearest parking lot and from there a 15-minute walk to the waterfall) the waterfall approx. Hike for 20 minutes (uphill) and you will reach its origin, a beautiful lake. We hiked a circular route from there and returned to the house below, which takes about 4 hours. . . . . but it is definitely worth it. / Trip to Lysefjord (please book directly with the provider, it costs half the price!! )
