Welcome to the Owl's Nest !!!
On the edge of the Palatinate Forest, not far from the German Wine Route, you will find this accommodation in a location close to nature.
When the sun goes down, you will surely be captivated and know that this is a holiday!
Enjoy sitting on the covered balcony, terrace or outside in the evening and listen to nature.
A holiday home with two bedrooms awaits you, the larger of which has a balcony and will delight you in this closeness to nature.
Whether as a couple, a family or a group of friends, enjoy cosy evenings in nature after your day trip on the fenced 1000 sqm forest property or in the dining or living room.
We provide you with a barbecue barrel where many a wonderful barbecue evening has been held with a glass of wine.
Around Carlsberg, there is a well-developed network of hiking trails, including the Leininger Burgenweg, Leininger Klosterweg, Leiningerland-Eckbach-Mühlenwanderweg and the long-distance hiking trails Pfälzer Weinsteig, Pfälzer Höhenweg and Pfälzer Waldpfad, which you can reach and hike a section of during a day trip.
Not far from the holiday home there is a football field and hiking trails that start directly.
The holiday home is for the exclusive use of the guests and is completely fenced in so that your four-legged friend can also enjoy his holiday without hesitation.
When providing bed linen, we charge a one-time fee of 20.00 euros per stay for the large double bed and the normal beds.

good and very quiet location, lovely
Here one can fully enjoy the silence and nature.
Wonderful for walking and right in the forest.
The dogs also enjoyed it.
One of them spotted a deer and stopped so that
we could see what he was looking at.

A paradise for all two - and four-legged friends
We stayed for the second time in this really well-equipped holiday home.
The communication between landlord and tenant is always smooth, so we will come again.
Two weeks of sun in this very idyllic location did people and animals a world of good and made our holiday perfect!
The wooden terrace, which is now available, invites you to linger with a sun lounger, and we made good use of the barbecue.

Thank you for rest and relaxation
Many thanks for the nice welcome for two- and four-legged friends!!!
There was actually everything you need for a holiday!!!
We were able to enjoy the peace and quiet and it was super nice that a supply of firewood was also put out for us
Our dog fitted in very well with the great garden decorations. She sometimes sat very rigidly in the middle of it, as if she were part of the decoration. All three of us enjoyed it very much.
No one could be blamed for the bad weather, almost all of which was rain, but we bravely made the best of it and were glad to be able to sit by the fireplace when we came back soaked from our excursion.
We will definitely come back again.
