I had an amazing time at Belvilla by OYO Villa Barchetta! The Italian decor really gave it a charming atmosphere. I loved relaxing by the heated pool after exploring the nearby village of Monte San Martino, which is super cute. It is also a short drive from Macerata, where we found some excellent restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped for some homemade meals, and we enjoyed barbecue nights in the lovely garden. Definitely a great place for a group getaway, we felt at home!

The heated pool was a highlight for us, especially after a day exploring nearby Monte San Martino. We enjoyed BBQ evenings in the spacious garden, surrounded by beautiful views. The local village also has some delicious restaurants—we loved dining at Jodalido, just a short walk away. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with friends or family!

A true oasis of well-being, we were there as a family with 2 adults and 2 children and it was dreamlike, everything clean and well-maintained, very spacious so that you don't stand on each other's feet. The house is beautifully situated and fully equipped. The owner Arianna is very helpful and speaks good English. The pool is cleaned 3 times a week. Good to know is that the pool is not that deep. The current that you can turn on is very nice! In the living room there is a pinball machine that was very popular with our teenagers. The garden around the house is beautiful and there are 4 places where you can sit during the day. The village near the house is very beautiful and nice to eat in the park at the top of the village (Jodolido). As far as excursions are concerned, everything is a bit of a drive, especially because of the small roads you drive on, but because of the beautiful view that is not a punishment. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this house!

Nice view, clean swimming pool, all comfort available. Welcome pack with local products. Sufficiently spacious for a stay with six people. More would have been a little tight. We had 32 degree temperatures during the day, but in the evening it cooled off so that we did not need air conditioning. Swimming pool and garden were maintained every 2 days, at those moments we often got fresh vegetables from the garden by la mama. A 14-day stay will refresh sheets and linen after a week, which is very nice, of course, the present washing machine with 2 toddlers has also come true! This vacation rental is highly recommended!

The holiday destination Villa Barchetta is one of the most beautiful, best holiday homes we have ever used! The house is very well equipped! Everything is there. You don't really need to bring anything with you except for clothes.
And a very special compliment to the owner Ariane, who looks after the pool and garden every other day and always helped us with information, suggestions and tips. Thank you very much.
There are many great small and large towns in the area with beautiful old town centers.

It's a great house in a beautiful location. It was very clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed a week of the pool, the space in and around the house and the beautiful surroundings.
The hostess is super friendly and comes by several times to clean the pool. In the garden you can find delicious herbs for cooking. We had a great holiday and will definitely come back again!

A house and place where you can see that it is made with love and is cared for. Also the swimming pool, which is cleaned every 2 days by the owner Arianne, gives the stay something extra" sArianne ensures that you feel more Then you feel welcome, is easily accessible and gives advice on everything you need. Our dogs also enjoyed the quiet outdoor life and were more than welcome. We enjoyed these 2 weeks together, we will miss the peace and quiet.

The perfect place if you are looking for peace and privacy. Fully furnished and very clean. Adjacent town complete with supermarket and very good restaurants. Fantastic hostess Adrianne who, in addition to the welcome package, also surprised us with vegetables from our own garden. Nicely used for the meal along with fresh herbs from the herb garden next to the kitchen. Adrianne also had tips for trips to, for example, olive oil tasting. The (private) swimming pool and the garden with various seating areas make it complete.

The house is top. It's nice, spacious and very clean. All windows have mosquito nets so you can let it cool off without getting mosquitoes, etc. inside. There is more than enough service and cookware for the number of guests. The pool is a bit smaller, but by turning on the system you can swim for 10 minutes without reaching the shore. The house immediately felt like home. The very best of the house, however, was the owner Ariana. A very friendly and hospitable woman who does everything to make her guests feel at home. If you can't find something in the supermarket, she will make sure it gets there, if you want to go to a wine tasting she will give you addresses. And when you come downstairs one morning there are sweet treats for breakfast. She puts it down when she comes to clean the pool. What more could a person want. Was really great,

Tip to find the villa just before the cemetery right in style down and then 100m left. Prim and attentive reception with basic products and tourist information. More than true house on the flank of a slope with unspoilt views. Everything really is really more than recommended to explore the area. Arianna and her family are ready to receive you perfectly and maintain the perfect home / garden and swimming pool. Fermo forget and Grottamare also deserves a visit, perfect for combining with a beach visit. Lovely place to bathe. San Martino is a nice village with a small grocery store (mini supermarket) with a very nice and welcoming restaurant in the market square.

Very quiet location, our gps did not find it, but the owners let us find the main course to guide us to the cottage. The first impressions were fantastic. Nice view, clean swimming pool, all comfort available. Welcome pack with local products. Sufficiently spacious for a stay with six people. More would have been a little tight. We had 32 degree temperatures during the day, but in the evening it cooled off so that we did not need air conditioning. Swimming pool and garden were maintained every 2 days, at those moments we often got fresh vegetables from the garden by la mama. A 14-day stay will refresh sheets and linen after a week, which is very nice, of course, the present washing machine with 2 toddlers has also come true! This vacation rental is highly recommended!

the arrival was fine ... we were a bit earlier because our flight was early ... we were already looking for our rental house and agreed that once the cleaning had been done, we were allowed to check in ... that was a lot earlier than expected. .. Our home coaches (owners, especially Ariana)) were the MAX ... friendly, made suggestions for excursions ... places to eat ... we felt welcome and the holiday was partly due to them the MAX the SUPER MAX ... a recommended !!!!

The house is beautifully situated and fully equipped. The owner Arianna is very helpful and speaks good English. The pool is cleaned 3 times a week. Good to know is that the pool is not that deep. The current that you can turn on is very nice! In the living room there is a pinball machine that was very popular with our teenagers. The garden around the house is beautiful and there are 4 places where you can sit during the day. The village near the house is very beautiful and nice to eat in the park at the top of the village (Jodolido). As far as excursions are concerned, everything is a bit of a drive, especially because of the small roads you drive on, but because of the beautiful view that is not a punishment. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this house!

When you’re looking for an authentic Italian house that feels like a warm and welcoming home, carefully crafted with a lot attention for details hosted by a wonderful Italian family in a beautiful private area, next to a nice and small little village; you need to look no further; Villa Barchetta is all this and more! We've had a magnificent stay here for two weeks and enjoyed the hospitality of the owners as much as the house and the surrounding areas; whether it's the local restaurants or the agriturismo; you can find it all and it's as pure and authentic as it can be. There isn't a lot of 'big tourism' in this area and believe me; it's a hidden treasure if you are a lover of the Italian countryside and all of the pure elements that it brings to enjoy, we highly recommend this wonderful house and it's wonderful owners who were such a pleasure to get to know and we can't wait to visit it again!
