"A quarter house" in the holiday complex Mers Du Sud

The spaciously designed holiday complex was built directly on the beach at the end of the 90s. The house is modern and comfortably furnished.
The ground floor consists of the living/dining room with a sofa, table, chairs, a satellite TV and a radio with CD and 1 bedroom (1x 140x190). The kitchen, with a dining area for 4 people, is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with shower and WC (separate). The upper floor is a mezzanine with a double bed (160x200, mattress 1x160x200).
There is also a swimming pool in the complex.
In front of and behind the house there is a 15 sqm and a 20 sqm terrace. There is no parking space inside the residence.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located between the Clape and the Mediterranean Sea directly on the beach. The Clape is the annual venue for a MTB championship. There are many MTB routes and hiking trails of all levels. In front of the beach Gruissan-Plage the DeFiWind takes place once a year. This is the biggest surf regatta in the world with more than 1000 participants.
The Clape is very popular with climbers because of the steep walls. Our house is located in a quiet street of the complex, 50m from the beach.

If you choose to cancel the contract, we calculate the cancellation fee as follows: - Up to 45 days before the start of the rental, we will charge 20% of the deposit paid - From 45 to 30 days before the start of the rental, we will charge 20% of the total sum - From 30 to 22 days before the start of the rental, we will charge 40% of the total sum - From 22 to 0 days before the start of the rental, we will charge 60% of the total sum The cancellation must be made in writing via postal mail or email. The relevant date for the cancellation is the date we receive the cancellation notice.
