As an undisturbed part of private housing, this holiday apartment with its own entrance is just about 50 meters to the water and its own jetty out in Flensburg Fjord. The apartment has its own terrace at the front and back with sea views from the front terrace. The apartment was renovated in 2016 and has free wi-fi, electricity, water and heating consumption. Approx. 5 min drive from the apartment there is the opportunity to play golf or enjoy a good dinner at Hotel Benniksgaard. Not for rent to youth groups.

Die großartige Lage direkt am Wasser ist fantastisch. das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Empfehlungen: Die Ostsee ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt....angeln ist unkompliziert möglich. / / Leider habe ich folgendes festgestellt. Das Bett ist leider viel viel zu weich, also nicht so weich wie allgemein üblich, sondern derart, das wir nach 2 Tagen wieder heimgefahren sind. Schlafen war nicht möglich. Das ist sehr schade und steht im krassem Widerspruch zum sehr schönen und sauberen Haus in Top Lage. Wenn hier der Besitzer etwas Geld in die Hand nimmt und das Bett gegen ein besseres austauscht, und eventuell noch das Sofa, das leider auch...recht weich ist....hat man ein TOP Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. der Bootssteg vor dem Haus macht leider auch keine sehr guten Eindruck mehr, mit etwas Willen und Geld kann man hier aber ein echtes Kleinod schaffen, das mal als konstruktive Kritik.

The note that there is a side entrance would have been very helpful! When ordering the laundry package, we assumed we would find the laundry in the apartment. A prior note would also have been helpful there; a door code would make many kilometers unnecessary.

Perfect little place for a short stay! The garden view is beautiful, and we enjoyed our coffee outside. The location is convenient for day trips to Flensburg and even to the beach. A great holiday property!
