The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October, 6 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep).

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on a double pull-out couch and access to the terrace (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area, (induction hob, ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
