The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Crikvenica. The holiday flat is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to early October, 6 m x 4 m, 1.5 m deep).

Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area, (induction hob, ceramic hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.

Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, pool, sunloungers, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 50 € per object per stay.
