The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, central heating (wood / coal). Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (6 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.
