Description

Our holiday home is equipped with three bedrooms. In two bedrooms there is a double bed in a size of 160 x 200 cm each. In one bedroom there are two beds with a size of 90 x 200 cm. A bathroom with a large shower and a toilet are located in the house. A fully equipped kitchen with oven (incl. microwave), induction hob, cooking utensils, spices, crockery and dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster as well as refrigerator is at your disposal. There is room for six people in the dining area. The TV offers German SAT-TV and cable TV (German tv, télévision française, nederlandse televisie, english tv). A fully automatic pellet stove provides soothing warmth. Of course, internet access is available free of charge. A parking space directly at the house is reserved for you. The terrace of the house is covered. An electric awning protects you from direct sunlight. There is a garden table with six chairs on the terrace.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located in a small holiday park in Bredene. Our guests can park their car directly at the garden of the house. The property is approx. 195 sqm. Cycling, swimming, sun and sea speak for the charming Belgian North Sea coast. A children's playground about 30 metres from the house and a heated outdoor swimming pool (only in the summer months) are available for free use. The house is about 700 metres from the natural dunes. A wide sandy beach will invite you for kilometre-long walks - for children and adults, a day at the beach of Bredene is simply unforgettable

In the immediate vicinity of our holiday park is a nature reserve with wild horses and adjacent fields and meadows. Here you can also buy fresh produce from the local farmers. You will also find a shopping street - about 3 km long - which invites you to stroll and shop. In Vosseslag ( 2.5 km away ) you can also play golf in the natural dunes

Bredene is situated between the towns of De Haan and Ostend. These are both about 4 km away from Bredene. Ostend is a great shopping town that offers many leisure activities in addition to a historic harbour and an extensive beach promenade. Even if the weather is not so nice, De Haan is a beautiful little town with many Art Nouveau buildings that is definitely worth a visit. Both towns are easy to reach on foot, by bike or by tram. Blankenberge is also easy to reach by tram and well suited for an excursion.

In addition, Bruges, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is about 19 km away and easy to reach by bike. A must for every visitor to the Belgian North Sea.

Very beautiful holiday home

We can only recommend this holiday home. It is a very tastefully furnished house with the best amenities. We felt comfortable right away. Everything was to our satisfaction. Everything went smoothly, and the contact with the landlords was also very excellent.

Vacation from the very beginning

In this beautiful holiday home, our expectations were met in every way. It is modern and practically furnished. Nothing seems worn out, and it was handed over to us very clean. You immediately feel comfortable there. We find the location of the house ideal in every respect, both for activities in Flanders and for beach days. 10 minutes on foot to the beach is fantastic. The parking space directly in front of the property, the privacy in the garden, and the tranquility in the area are nice. We are happy to give a recommendation for this holiday home.

Over and over again

We have once again been guests in this beautiful house. Upon arrival, the house was already warm, and the low-maintenance pellet stove creates a very pleasant atmosphere even in winter. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. We spent a very lovely winter week at the Belgian North Sea coast.

Beautiful autumn holiday in Bredene

At the end of October, we spent a few relaxing days in this beautiful holiday home as a family with one child.
The contact with the landlord beforehand was very friendly, uncomplicated and pleasant.
The house itself is excellently equipped, but the great kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired, deserves special mention. The pellet stove spreads cosy warmth and the covered terrace is another highlight of the accommodation. All in all, compared to other houses in the holiday complex, the furnishings are of a high standard. Apart from a few cobwebs, the house was also very clean.
We can unreservedly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back again!

It doesn't get any better than this on the Belgian coast

We have already spent our holidays in many beautiful accommodations, but this beautiful holiday home really impressed us. We travelled as a family with one child. The location in Bredene is beautiful. It is one of the few stretches of beach on the Belgian coast that is not built up with multi-storey residential bunkers. The beach is a 7-minute walk away. The highlight for our son, however, was being able to walk to the beach in his own trolley, with which he could comfortably transport all the beach equipment to the sea. In general, the house is very child-friendly, with an optional stair gate and high chair.

The furnishings are really above average and of high quality for such a holiday home. The kitchen is a dream. The pellet stove creates a cosy atmosphere and the terrace with its great illuminated roofing and awning can be used in virtually any weather.
The contact with the landlord was excellent. Even a small special request on our part was responded to immediately and courteously. I can really recommend this accommodation to everyone. And if we were to go to the Belgian coast again, this would also be our first port of call.

Thank you very much. It was a great holiday.

Great holiday!!

We really liked the house. It was especially helpful that many little things were just there, like salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, coffee filters, dish soap, etc. We were also happy that there was a wagon available. It’s great for kids, and we didn’t have to bring one in the car. The route to the beach is easy to walk with children. It’s not far to the bakery, and the restaurant recommendation “Brasserie Duinenhoeven” in the Zeewind-Park II was really great! Here, the children could play on the playground in the meantime. Tip: it's best to make a reservation during the holidays.
About the house: Internet worked great, we were mostly able to eat outside because there is a roof and awning, and we felt completely comfortable!

But also nothing to complain about!!!

We were three in this very well-equipped, very clean house. Even a washing machine and dryer are there, a cart for transporting items to the beach located 1 km away, etc. It simply has everything you need for a feel-good holiday. The contact with the landlords was always very friendly and direct. We absolutely recommend the house and would be very happy to return there if we go back to Bredene!!!

Very nice holiday home, even with small children.

Had a very nice holiday in this holiday home. Everything was there that you need, especially the kitchen is very nice and really fully equipped. In addition, the garden has a large terrace with a roof and awning. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the adjacent room. Additionally, the location in a quiet holiday home area with a small playground is very good. Close to the beach, tram stop nearby, and well connected with the wide bike paths. So that the car can be easily done without. Several restaurants, shopping options, and two bakeries are also nearby. Even the neighboring towns like Ostende can be easily reached without a car.

Great accommodation with an unforgettable holiday, especially for the kids.

We had a week of vacation in a clean and well-maintained accommodation with a modern kitchen and a wonderful terrace, which especially invited us to linger in the evenings with great lighting settings. We could let our children play in the fenced, not visible garden without worry. We brought a travel crib that we could easily place in any of the three bedrooms. Even a high chair and a safety gate were added before our arrival (Thanks again for that :-)). We especially loved that some spices, children's dishes, baking paper, and aluminum foil were available, which we hadn't had in our previous accommodations. Everything was lovingly decorated in a maritime style and thoughtfully furnished. With the handcart (there was already one available in the extension), we walked to the beach every day in a cozy pace, taking about 8 minutes. We had a wonderful time, can warmly recommend this holiday home, and will come back!!!

Very nice home with good amenities

The home is relatively well located, supermarket like 2-3 km and beach was 15 min walk. The place is renovated but with superb quality. The landlord was fast responsive when the hot water was malfunctioning but all sorted out in a timely manner. The only negative is the lack of freezer in the refrigerator, for a beach house this is not good.
