In the middle of the Land of a Thousand Lakes, in the resort town of Lychen, you will find the holiday bungalows situated in a rustic mixed forest directly on the shore of the fish-rich Großer Lychensee. Mushrooms and berries grow right on your doorstep. With a bit of luck, you will even be greeted by a squirrel in the morning. In any case, a unique concert of thousands of bird voices is guaranteed. The 20 purpose-built holiday bungalows (owner: Ferienpark Seenland GmbH) are spaced sufficiently apart on the spacious, rustic plot. Due to the spaciousness of the property, they are at different distances from their own bathing meadow (30 to max. approx. 150 m). - 19 holiday bungalows have approx. 30 m² living space plus a sun terrace -occupancy max. 4 persons -1 holiday bungalow approx. 50 m² for 6 persons -all holiday bungalows can be heated electrically -sun terrace with forest and partly lake view -1 living/dining room, corner seating area, wardrobe, TV, radio -1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe -1 bedroom with bunk bed (80x1.90!) and wardrobe -1 simple bathroom with shower and toilet -1 bedroom with bunk bed (80x1.90!) and wardrobe -1 bathroom with shower and toilet -1 bedroom with shower) and wardrobe -1 simple shower room with WC and washbasin -1 kitchen with 2-plate cooker, refrigerator, fully equipped -Boat rental -Canoe station -Swimming lessons during the holidays -Note: Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented on site. For unadulterated barbecue fun, you must bring your own barbecue. The holiday bungalows are non-smoking bungalows (smoking only possible on the terrace). The Uckermark Lakes Nature Park (in the Land of a Thousand Lakes) is characterised by its enormous abundance of water and forest. No matter which direction you take, your path will lead you past lush meadows, through rustic forests to crystal-clear forest lakes. A signposted hiking trail network of more than 600 km will lead you over shallow hills along old avenues to historic towns and dreamy villages. In the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park there are countless opportunities for water enthusiasts, for cyclists, for horse lovers, for hikers - in short, for active holidaymakers of all kinds. You can drift along the 150 km of water trails or enjoy the beauty of nature from a completely different perspective on a 30 km long disused railway track from Fürstenberg via Lychen to Templin on a trolley ride. The small town of Lychen, however, offers a very special attraction. After a leisurely stroll through the small town, along the Gothic parish church and the small market square with the proud town hall, you should definitely visit the historic raft museum and end the day with a traditional raft trip across the Lychen lakes. The youngest spa town in Brandenburg is Templin, also called the "Pearl of the Uckermark". In Templin, the thermal brine spa known far beyond the state's borders offers you a health and wellness area in a class of its own. A special feature of the historic town is the almost completely preserved metre-long town wall, which is a very special experience to walk around. Along the Gothic brick gates and the 48 semicircular Wieck houses you will feel the unmistakable breath of the Middle Ages. Let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the Uckermark Lakes Nature Park and make the acquaintance of beavers, kingfishers, the magnificent dragonfly or the eagle. Here is the translation to English: The holiday guest is obliged, in the event of a cancellation, to compensate for the loss of rent minus the landlord’s saved expenses as follows, if the landlord is unable, despite his usual efforts to find holiday guests, to rent out the accommodation to someone else during the relevant period. - In the case of a cancellation up to 45 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total rental amount - In the case of a cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total rental amount - In the case of a cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date: 90% of the total rental amount In addition to the loss of rent, a processing fee of €50 is due. The holiday guest retains the right to prove that the landlord has suffered less damage.

In all 20 holiday bungalows, you enter the living/dining room directly through the entrance door. The living/dining room has a wardrobe, a corner seating area with 2 additional chairs and a small cupboard with a TV. Due to the two large windows, the room is beautifully bright and you have a charming view to the outside. From the living/dining room you enter the kitchen and the two bedrooms. 19 of the holiday bungalows (approx. 30 m² living space) have two separate bedrooms for max. 4 persons. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (length 1.90 m) and a wardrobe. In 11 holiday bungalows, you can access the shower room through the bedroom with the bunk bed. In 8 holiday bungalows you enter the shower room through the kitchen. The separate kitchen in all holiday bungalows is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a 2-plate electric cooker and a sink. A kitchen cupboard with a generous work surface and wall cupboards provide sufficient storage space. The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The simply equipped shower room has a tiled shower cubicle, a small washbasin and a toilet. In addition, there are shelves and towel rails. Note: Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. For unadulterated barbecue fun, you must bring your own barbecue. The spacious property offers enough space for numerous leisure activities, such as badminton and much more. For the little ones, there is a sandpit, a swing and a table tennis table. There is also a volleyball court. At the own bathing area, a small lawn and numerous benches invite you to linger. From the two jetties, you can chase the numerous fish in the Great Lychensee, especially in the evening with the children. For amateur anglers, 5 fishing boats, some with outboard motors, are available for hire. If it really happens and you don't bring any fish home, the premises of the local fishermen are in the immediate vicinity. Here you can not only get fresh smoked fish, but also get some helpful tips for your next fishing trip. We especially recommend unforgettable canoe tours across the numerous lakes and natural river courses of the lake district. You can start right from our front door with one of our canoes, kayaks or canadiers and get directly to all the other Lychen lakes via the Great Lychen Lake with its islands.
