Beautiful house and equipped with all conveniences. Neat bathrooms (2 instead of 3) and everything tidy upon arrival. Beautiful garden with jacuzzi and a lovely walk in the surroundings made everything complete. All in all, a wonderful stay! The only small point of attention: the kitchen table is a bit on the small side for 8 people.

Great stay with 5 bedrooms ideal for our composition. (2 families 3 children.) Quiet location. Wonderful jacuzzi. Only downsides were that the dining table is too small to eat properly with seven people. And the cooker tap is very dangerous, splashes a lot. Instruction manual was missing.

We were here for a family celebration with three families and 8 people in total. The reception was great and we received an explanation about the house and important matters. The house is very beautiful, rural, and modernly furnished. Everything in the house worked perfectly, which was very nice; it is luxuriously finished. There is a lot to do in the area; we chose bowling at Kartplaza. Sitting outside under the veranda and the jacuzzi completed the weekend with nice weather.

It is a beautiful house. Cozy living room/kitchen with enough good chairs. It is located close to the Salland nature reserve. You can walk and cycle wonderfully. The jacuzzi in the garden is also wonderful.
Too bad that there were only 2 bathrooms in the end, as stated in the description. When looking for the house, I searched for 3 bathrooms and then the house did come up. But it was good.

It was a beautiful farm and we had great weather. Only the dishwasher was broken. We reported the complaint to the owner. He spoke to us politely and solved the problem by supplying dishwashing liquid and tea towels. He did not discuss it further.

Many lamps contained dust and cobwebs, not from 1 week. Especially the lamp above the dining table was full of dust. Except for the box spring, the other beds are really too hard. Four people in our party got out of bed broken. In addition, we found a plastic / incontinence mattress not possible and not pleasant either. The heating is controlled remotely, there is a thermostat, but you can't do anything with it. Understandable with the current energy prices, but it was just not pleasantly warm. Fortunately, this was resolved after a message. Then the jacuzzi. In one word great, of course, but there was really too much chlorine in it. This didn't just go away either. We all had problems with our eyes and even after showering and washing our hands several times, our skin still smelled of chlorine. It would also be nice if there was some lighting near the jacuzzi. You have to find your way in the pitch dark and the wooden deck is also very slippery. Because you don't see much, the combination of poor visibility with a slippery surface is not ideal. All in all, we certainly enjoyed our stay, but some small adjustments would make the stay even more perfect in our opinion.

With 3 young children, the washing and drying machines were a real godsend. The jacuzzi is of course super luxe. From this location you can also cycle the mountain bike routes Nijverdal and Hellendoorn. Superb single track! After a short walk, you can walk straight up the Sallandse Heuvelrug from the holiday home.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Equipped with all comforts. The reception with a welcome pack is very pleasant. There are some small points for improvement. Many lamps contained dust and cobwebs, not from 1 week. Especially the lamp above the dining table was full of dust. Except for the box spring, the other beds are really too hard. Four people in our party got out of bed broken. In addition, we found a plastic / incontinence mattress not possible and not pleasant either. The heating is controlled remotely, there is a thermostat, but you can't do anything with it. Understandable with the current energy prices, but it was just not pleasantly warm. Fortunately, this was resolved after a message. Then the jacuzzi. In one word great, of course, but there was really too much chlorine in it. This didn't just go away either. We all had problems with our eyes and even after showering and washing our hands several times, our skin still smelled of chlorine. It would also be nice if there was some lighting near the jacuzzi. You have to find your way in the pitch dark and the wooden deck is also very slippery. Because you don't see much, the combination of poor visibility with a slippery surface is not ideal. All in all, we certainly enjoyed our stay, but some small adjustments would make the stay even more perfect in our opinion.

In this fantastic house with plenty of room for the children to play, we had a wonderful weekend with 6 adults and 2 children. Everything was top notch. Beds made, towels and if you need anything the owner will bring it. Beautiful surroundings with many possibilities.

A wonderful house to stay in for a week. Fully equipped and Nijverdal is a nice place with everything nearby to entertain you. The only downside to the house is the super smooth wooden deck on which the jacuzzi is located. You have to watch out if you want to get in or out of here.
