Villa al mare is located 70 meters from the main beach of Balestrate. The beach has once again been recognized as a "green flag suitable for families and children"; The sea is also confirmed to be clean and certified by the ASP. Access is through the automatic gate, where private parking is available. Once you go up the stairs, you arrive in the garden and then find yourself on the patio in front of the entrance. From the main entrance, there is the living room with a lounge area, a table for 6 people, and the kitchen, all with the evocative view of the sea and the garden. There are 3 bedrooms available, each with 2 beds. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. For heating the water, solar thermal panels are used. Some details: air conditioners in every room - internet with WIFI - induction cookers - in the kitchen there are cutlery, plates, small and large cups, tablecloths, glasses, coffee machine and moka pot - a set of towels and linen will be provided for each person. Outside, a fantastic garden with green lawn, deck chairs, 35sqm of covered veranda all with sea view. From here you will not miss the sunsets that distinguish our absolutely privileged position.

Our coastline is topped by cliffs rich in fossils, with the promontory overlooking the sea, allowing those who wish to go snorkeling. Relaxation, fishing, tourism, authentic atmosphere, nature walks, breathtaking SUNSETS. Absolutely strategic location for those who want to visit our fantastic Island and reach important tourist destinations such as the Zingaro Reserve, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, Mondello, Sciacca, Mazara del Vallo, the salt pans in Marsala, Selinunte, Segesta, Monreale, Valle dello Jato, Palermo and its wonders, Erice, the Egadi and Aeolian Islands, Cefalù. The beach is accessible either privately, or you can use the services offered by the beach clubs, the latter for a fee. Along the seafront there are several restaurants and/or pizzerias. You can certainly make use of the various info point services, car rentals, transfers, excursions both by land and by sea by renting a boat or a catamaran.
