The location of this cottage by the Aarhus bay gave us breathtaking sunsets every evening. We enjoyed mornings on the terrace with coffee.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Recommendations: The house is located very quietly in a holiday home settlement directly by the water. There are hardly any restaurants, and for shopping, you drive about 8 minutes by car. Very nice for those seeking peace.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

A cozy house with a beautiful view of the sea. The living areas invite you to linger comfortably and are well equipped. Shopping options are quickly accessible by car. The garden is large, and a hot tub with a sea view is truly magnificent. Recommendations: Excursions to the Kattegatcenter or Ebeltoft are quickly reachable.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house was already luxurious. It's just a pity that another house is being built directly across the street. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the evenings on the balcony. Recommendations: Knebel has beautiful beaches and coves for walking.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very nicely furnished house with many extras and a perfect location and view of the sea. Recommendations: I can recommend the nearby castle ruin "Kalø Slotsruin." This is a beautiful destination for a trip.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house is tastefully furnished. The hot tub in the outdoor area was our highlight. The outdoor grounds (terrace, etc.) are well-maintained. In some places, things are a bit worn (heating options in all rooms). It was a very nice, relaxing vacation right by the sea with sandy and rocky beaches. Very quiet surroundings.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Location wonderful and close to the beach, many places also outside, there is a small hut, the door should be repaired. The hot tub with a view of the water is a dream. It is very quiet. Recommendations: There are certainly many options, you just have to drive a bit. Nearby I didn't see anything spectacular, it was nice just to enjoy the peace.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Floor plan, bathroom and sanitary, kitchen facilities, washing machine, location of the house. / Good contact with the property owner. / Recommendations: The infrastructure is self-explanatory during the stay. / The attempted phone contact with Service DanCenter / Ebeltoft was unacceptable. / The computer announcements for six-year-olds. I solved the problem myself. We are homeowners and self-sufficient in dealing with problems. / It would have been easier to have a conversation with an employee! / Not everything revolves around electricity and water!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

Very good facilities in the house (except regarding the wardrobes). Many things are quite old, but clean and well-maintained. The whirlpool tub only worked partially. The property, terrace, and balcony are nicely designed and well-equipped. The construction site in front of the house somewhat marred our stay (especially the construction container), but such things are unavoidable. If you overlook that, the view is wonderful. The location is somewhat isolated - apart from the supermarket in Tved, there was no bakery, shop, or restaurant nearby. The 'Badehotel' had already closed at the beginning of September. Recommendations: Definitely visit the rooftop garden of Salling in Aarhus, the street food market, and park at Dokk1 (automated parking garage). Fans of Elvis should visit Memphis Mansions in Randers.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The location was perfect. Clean, well-maintained property. The furnishings were okay, but they are somewhat dated. Everything needed was there. Recommendations: A trip to Ebeltoft, to Sletterhage Fyr, to Grenaa, and Aarhus is recommended.

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

The house was already luxurious. It's just a shame that another house is being built directly across the street. Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the evenings on the balcony. Recommendations: Knebel has beautiful beaches and coves for walking.

Overall, our experience was good. The house was spacious and the amenities worked well for us. The location was quiet, which we appreciated. Just a note: Be prepared to drive a bit to reach more dining options, but we found some gems!

4,2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2 4.2

We are asked to give an opinion on the Knebel holiday home. It is a very spacious house with a beautiful location. The view is fantastic all the way from the large bedroom / sitting room upstairs. A large garden with enough garden chairs to sit outside when the weather permits. Also a nice base for exploring Djursland as well as for example to. Arhus. A beautiful hilly area with many hiking opportunities. The beach, which is around 500 m away, is overgrown with seaweed. Well, about the house we must be honest, it may by now have a facelift. The cleaning was minimal and the cupboards below were overflowing with things from the owner. Oven whose knobs can no longer be read and the racks lower at the bottom. Kitchen doors do not clean windows, TV that does not work, bubble bath leak missing fire extinguisher. All beds are 1 pers. to make but for the master bed you need 2pers bottom sheets (pay attention to rent) A better control by DanCenter for compliance with your own cleaning job would be desirable. For the youth there was nothing to do around the house than just garden, beach and walking. With the car you can of course visit everything in Djursland is plenty to see. Is not indicated but the house is not wheelchair friendly. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday by not paying much attention to the above-mentioned minuses.
