High located holiday cottage with full view of the Aarhus bay. 2 storeys with bedrooms on either floor. Open concept kitchen and living means everyone can spend time together while preparing dinner. 1st floor has a balcony from which you can observe nature and the ocean view. The house is located in a quiet area and the children can play ball games in the garden.

We are asked to give an opinion on the Knebel holiday home. It is a very spacious house with a beautiful location. The view is fantastic all the way from the large bedroom / sitting room upstairs. A large garden with enough garden chairs to sit outside when the weather permits. Also a nice base for exploring Djursland as well as for example to. Arhus. A beautiful hilly area with many hiking opportunities. The beach, which is around 500 m away, is overgrown with seaweed. Well, about the house we must be honest, it may by now have a facelift. The cleaning was minimal and the cupboards below were overflowing with things from the owner. Oven whose knobs can no longer be read and the racks lower at the bottom. Kitchen doors do not clean windows, TV that does not work, bubble bath leak missing fire extinguisher. All beds are 1 pers. to make but for the master bed you need 2pers bottom sheets (pay attention to rent) A better control by DanCenter for compliance with your own cleaning job would be desirable.For the youth there was nothing to do around the house than just garden, beach and walking. With the car you can of course visit everything in Djursland is plenty to see. Is not indicated but the house is not wheelchair friendly. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful holiday by not paying much attention to the above-mentioned minuses.
