This cosy semi-detached house is located in the holiday area of Balatonmáriafürdő, which is completely fenced from the other part. Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy the moment on the two terraces. Both sunshine and shade. The house is well used, has a spacious living room and a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. Well maintained garden with Hollywood swing and barbecue facilities. There are great little restaurants on the beach. Cycling is excellent in the area.
