After many wonderful years in the vacation rental business, as landlords highly valued by our loyal guests, we would like to introduce you to our newly built villa: Welcome to your dream vacation home, VILLA WATER PEARL!

Our villa, built in 2025, boasts breathtaking canal views and a heated pool. It is located in a quiet yet central residential area in the sought-after southwest of Cape Coral. From here, you have excellent access to amenities, with shops and restaurants just minutes away. With its modern architectural style, four beautifully furnished bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a spacious garage, and a paved driveway, this house is an absolute dream.
From the moment you step into VILLA WATER PEARL, be captivated by the perfect blend of luxury, charm, comfort, and coziness. The house boasts high ceilings, large tiles, a bright, open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and a modern, tasteful interior. Large windows and sliding glass doors flood the space with natural light and frame panoramic views of the canal. The living area features a large sofa and a striking fireplace wall, which also houses a large 75-inch television. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen with elegant cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, a waterfall kitchen island with a breakfast bar, sophisticated quartz surfaces, and an additional coffee bar. Even the utility room, with its new washer and dryer, impresses with quartz surfaces and spacious storage.
The spacious master bedroom, with direct access to the terrace and a 65-inch TV, boasts a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in double shower, a freestanding bathtub, a double quartz vanity, and walk-in closets that are as functional as they are beautiful. Three further bedrooms also feature walk-in closets, one of which doubles as an office. The additional bathrooms—one with direct pool access—are equally stylish and thoughtfully designed.
The true highlight, however, is the heated pool with its breathtaking views of the canal and the fantastic outdoor area with plenty of space to relax and unwind! Be captivated by the outdoor kitchen with its built-in gas grill, sink, and wine fridge, as well as the lounge area with a 64-inch TV in the shade of the covered terrace. Of course, there's also a large dining table for enjoying your meals and sun loungers for relaxing. The entire outdoor area is enclosed by a panoramic screen that protects against insects and offers excellent views of the canal.

Our exclusive new-build villa WATER PEARL is located directly on the canal, in the dreamily beautiful southwest of Cape Coral.

Due to the quiet yet very central location, in a friendly and attractive neighborhood, our pool villa is an ideal place for a fantastic vacation.

Supermarkets (Aldi, Farmer Joe’s, Walmart), shopping malls, restaurants, golf courses, banks, and gas stations can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

Large shopping malls, such as Edison Mall or Miromar Outlet with their exclusive shops invite you to extensive shopping.

You can reach Cape Coral Beach and the harbor by car in about 10-15 minutes, the airport in Ft. Myers in about 40 minutes.

Very beautiful villa, nothing is missing

We can only recommend Villa Palm Tree. There is nothing missing here, everything is available. The property management is also top, nothing to complain about. Very helpful, whether it is about the house, you are really well instructed, or if you have questions about the surroundings, etc. Very competent. The Klauser family is also always available if you need them and very helpful. You can really enjoy your holiday at Villa Palm Tree. Excursions can be planned well, as the villa is very central, it is not a problem to get anywhere. Supermarket, drugstore, small shops are nearby, there is also a German bakery nearby (about 15 minutes by car), for those who do not want to do without their rolls or pretzels :-). Smooth process with the payment and refund of the deposit. As already mentioned, everything is great, I have nothing to complain about here. We will definitely come back. Many greetings to the Klauser family and the nice property management.

A perfect holiday

Finally, we were able to start our journey this summer.
The long wait (due to Corona) was well worth it. We are completely enthusiastic about Florida and her house.
The house is very well maintained, clean and well equipped. We didn't miss anything at all
The location of the house is perfect. Many destinations are in the vicinity and can be reached as a day trip.
We did a lot and enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighbourhood in the evening.

Villa Palm Tree??

We stayed at Villa Palm Tree for 2.5 weeks in early June and felt very comfortable right from the start. It was quiet, we found the salt water pool super, everything was there that you need for a relaxing holiday, you can get to Sanibel Island in about 1 hour, which is very easy to drive from the house. You can also get to Fort Mayers in about half an hour where there is a lot to see.
For us it was a very relaxing and all around successful holiday.
We can definitely recommend the Villa Palm Tree. And also the Klauser family were very nice and exemplary landlords. ????

The 6th time Cape Coral and now this Villa Palm Tree

We have already been to other accommodations in Cape Coral. Unfortunately, we have had some bad experiences here. But in Villa Palm Tree everything was just as you would wish from the start.
House condition: Very clean, house management by Sven simply not to be topped. Small deficiencies were immediately repaired, good Handyman (Markus) available and super good on it. Also the contact to family Klauser was 1A. Location of the villa: Very quiet, nice neighbourhood, after the second day all friendly greetings. You feel you are in good hands here. Pool area clean and without defects. The description on the internet fits in all points and nothing is missing. Our next stay in Florida will certainly be at Villa Palm Tree again, if the occupancy calendar permits.
Thanks to the Klauser family, keep up the good work.

Feel good all around

We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house is lovingly furnished, everything was very clean and the outside area was also very well maintained. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, everything is available, so that you could really feel at home. The house is located in a very well-kept and quiet residential area. Supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible.
The contact with the Klauser family is very nice and you are well looked after even before you leave. You notice right away that the well-being of the guests is very important to them. With the German administration, you always have a contact person on site. We would come back at any time if we were to come to Cape Coral again and can recommend Villa Palm Tree 100%.

What is the superlative of perfect?

We spent 18 wonderful and relaxed days at Villa Palm Tree. Even though it was not our first stay in Cape Coral, it was the first time in this villa. Based on our previous experiences, we can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Palm Tree.
Why? It simply convinces from the overall impression starting with the very personal and professional support as well as the flexibility in everything (we spontaneously decided on a vacation in Florida and had to organize several things in parallel...), the spacious house, the quiet and sunny location, the interior and exterior facilities, and so on...

But even after our return, the communication did not stop: whether it was the prompt refund of the deposit including. The professional billing or the personal conversation about our stay. You can feel that the Klauser family places a lot of value on the well-being of the guests!

We were able to spend a very relaxing vacation and dedicate ourselves fully to relaxing and resting, which we did intensively!

All we have left to say is: Thank you very much, and we will be back!

5 stars for Villa Palm Tree, arrive and feel at home

We also stayed for the 2nd time in the beautiful house Villa Palm Tree. It is truly arriving and feeling good. As someone else wrote here, the second home, we can only agree. Everything is right here, nothing is missing. The surroundings are quiet, but everything is good and quickly accessible. The house is lovingly and beautifully furnished. The German-speaking property management is top-notch. The Klauser family (landlords) also receive 5 stars from us. Very nice, helpful, very professional, quick responses and feedback. My personal highlight is and remains the double swing lounger. My absolute favorite spot on vacation :-) A definite recommendation from us. Oh, and in 2020 we already booked the Villa Palm Tree again, that says it all. Always a pleasure! ! !

Christmas and New Year in the dreamy Villa Palm Tree

We spent wonderfully beautiful holidays at the very spacious and quiet Villa Palm Tree, where we experienced Christmas and New Year. The space is more than ample for two adults and two teenage children, and even 6 people can feel comfortable in the villa. A great and well-equipped kitchen and nearby supermarkets make shopping easy. We will come back and have already booked another stay at Villa Palm Tree. The extremely nice contact with the landlords and the excellent value for money are particularly noteworthy!

Glorious...

Beautiful holiday home with pool and many extras.

A very nice and well-maintained holiday home for the whole family with a great pool and numerous extras such as pool toys,. Bicycles, basketball hoop etc. Nice location in the middle of a residential area, but still quiet. Shopping facilities nearby. From here about 10 minutes to the harbour, 20 minutes to the nearest beaches or 30 minutes to the highway and before that possibilities to get to Naples, Tampa or Miami.

Great 4 weeks in Southwest Florida

We stayed in Cape Coral with our two small children for nearly 4 weeks.
The house is highly recommended. It is tastefully furnished, fully equipped. The landlord and property management are always available and respond promptly!
We have been to Florida several times, but this was our first time in this house - we would love to come back.

Great week in a very beautiful holiday home

From the moment we entered Villa Palm Tree, we felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean, lovingly decorated, and equipped with everything you can think of. Nothing was missing. The property is very large and well-maintained. Unfortunately, our stay was only a week, we would have loved to stay longer as we didn't even have time to try out the grill or take a bike ride around the area. We would definitely recommend the holiday home and would love to come back for our next Florida vacation.

Beautiful holiday all around with potential for repetition

Dreamy house, great service, fantastic holiday for all generations

We, as a 3-generation family, spent 3 fantastic weeks in this beautiful, clean, and well-maintained house. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Even the towels match the decorative pelican in the bathroom :)

We often used the pool and grill. The kitchen is optimally equipped. The beds were soft as clouds.

The two gentlemen from the property management were very friendly and helpful. Top-notch service. One morning we had a small problem with the pool and after calling Peter, the pool boy arrived 15 minutes later and fixed everything.

Everything useful for the beach is available (chairs, inflatable toys, cooler, and more). The bikes are comfortable and modern.

There is simply nothing to complain about.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Cape Coral. However, a car is necessary to reach the beach, shopping, bars, and restaurants (but you would have a car anyway, so it's not a problem).

We would definitely book this great house again when we visit Florida and can highly recommend it.

Entspannung pur

Dear Klauser family,

Our stay at your beautiful Villa Palm Tree passed by much too quickly. Even today, the children still talk about the amazing pool from which we could hardly get them out. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the terrace as well. However, the rest of the house also left nothing to be desired. It truly lacked nothing. Even for our beach visits, everything was available, from beach chairs to sun umbrellas to the often-used cooler. The house is located in a very beautiful, quiet area from which you can quickly reach everything. Also, the tips from Peter, the house manager, were invaluable, for example, we visited the beautiful Bonita Beach on his recommendation. All in all, it was a fantastic holiday where, thanks to your great house, we felt at home. If we were to return to Florida again, your house would be our first choice.

Relaxing short break

We spent a relaxing week at Villa Palm Tree! Upon our arrival, we immediately felt comfortable. The house is very bright, friendly, and cozily furnished. The amenities leave nothing to be desired! The kitchen has everything you need, towels are plentiful, and there are also umbrellas for outings. We felt very much at home during our stay. The fast and uncomplicated communication with our landlords has also contributed to this (unfortunately, we have experienced it differently as well)!
The location is great, just a few minutes to the nearest supermarket. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.
All in all, we can highly recommend a stay at Villa Palm Tree! We would also love to come back!

Pure relaxation...

The 3rd visit to your home, dear Klauser family, was again great. We felt very comfortable as always. The relaxation in the quiet surroundings was very pleasant. Villa Palm Tree is relatively centrally located. Shopping facilities are quickly accessible. It's only a few minutes to the beach in Cape Coral. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Fort Myers Beach. Completely happy without wishes!!!

The Palm Tree villa is a wonderful place to spend beautiful and relaxing days in Cape Coral! The house is very tastefully furnished, the rooms are very spacious, and everything is in very good condition! The furnishings leave nothing to be desired (including fully equipped kitchen, washer + dryer, 2 TVs, hairdryer, radio, telephone, etc.). The pool area is really great - there are different loungers, chairs, air mattresses, and the cage is beautifully planted from the outside, which also means good privacy. The location is equally wonderful, as the house is in a very quiet side street, but you can still quickly reach the main roads to go shopping (Publix/Walmart) or to Fort Myers, etc. The contact regarding the rental, as well as with the on-site property management team, and finally regarding... The refund of the security deposit was always extremely friendly, fast, and uncomplicated. All in all, we felt very comfortable in Villa Palm Tree and can truly recommend the vacation home without reservation!

Villa with great feel-good potential

Well-maintained accommodation with very good facilities in a quiet location that leaves hardly any wishes open for families with teenagers/children and their desire for independently organized leisure time. We were overall absolutely satisfied during our stay and felt very comfortable. The owners themselves are very nice and loving people. The price-performance ratio is coherent. We would be happy to come back in the future. Thumbs up!

Great house, great surroundings.

We were five in this beautiful and well-kept house. The arrival went smoothly. The house is really nicely furnished and well-maintained. Everything is as one would wish for. From Cape Coral, you can go on one or the other excursion. So we visited the Everglades, the Babcock Wilderness (which is really worth seeing), and various beaches. In addition, you will find the appropriate accessories in the house, from folding chairs to sun umbrellas, beach tents, portable cool box, and trolley, everything is available.

It was a really great and relaxing time for us.

No wishes remain unfulfilled, simply great!

This was already our third stay at Villa Palm Tree. And it will not be our last! We have stayed here with three, four, and seven people and there was always enough space. The house has everything you need for a great vacation. It is fully furnished, down to the beach towels for the pool and folding chairs for the beach. Every wish was fulfilled!

10 Tage Entspannung

After our stay in New York, we found ourselves back at Villa Palm Tree to relax after the exhausting days. During our now third stay, we enjoyed the peace, the pool, and the beautiful and very tastefully furnished villa. Lovely barbecue evenings on the terrace have contributed greatly to our recovery.
As always, we didn't miss anything, and we can only recommend a stay.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

We arrived in Cape Coral on November 3rd around noon and immediately felt at home. The villa impresses with an excellent room layout and friendly bright colors. Everything really fit here, from the amenities to the excursion possibilities - Fort Myers is just a stone's throw away, Naples to the south is less than an hour away, Sarasota to the north is just over an hour - to the terrace and the truly beautiful bathrooms, everything was really harmonious. It really hurt to leave the villa after three weeks to start the journey home. We can only recommend the villa. If we decide to spend our vacation in this area again, there is definitely no other option than the Villa Palm Tree.
