If a magical sea view and total privacy is at the top of your wish list, Holiday house Aqua is a place for you. The house offers stunning views from every corner of the house and even a fantastic pool view ( 43m2). The property is surrounded by trees and provides perfect privacy . The ground floor is an open space of 73m2 with plenty of natural light. All three bedrooms are on the first floor. As soon as you open your eyes in the morning you will see the breath-taking green landscape framed by the blue of the sky and the see. From two bedrooms you can exit to the balcony, perfect spot for your morning coffee while you enjoy spectacular views. The shaded summer kitchen is conveniently located by the pool.
The closest beach is Jadranovo 1,9 km away. The house is only 3 min driving to the freeway entrance and the bridge for the island of Krk. Table tennis, electronic darts board and a pool table. Pet friendly.

The house is situated in a small village of Smrika, between the island of Krk bridge and Jadranovo/Crikvenica in the Kvarner bay. In the village, walking distance, you will find a grocery store, post office, couple of bars and fast food places. There is also a great and very fair priced 'old school' restaurant 'Katarina' with a great offer of tipical Mediteranian dishes , freshest meats and fish paired with great domestic wines.
Very easy acces from the highway (2km) is another convinient feature for your stress free vacation. The location is a perfect starting point for numerous excursions like, Plitvice lakes, islands of Krk, Cres and Losinj, Venice (Italy), Postojna caves (Slovenia), just to name a few. Famous Crikvenica riviera offers a widde array of all kinds of beaches in the distances of 1,5 km to 40 km from the house. For more active guests, there is marked bike paths, hiking routes, wine trails, paragliding, snorkeling, big game fishing, carting, wind surfing, tennis facilities etc. On the Crikvenica riviera you will find countless dining, entertaiment and shopping options in the towns of Crikvenica, Selce, Dramalj and Novi Vinodolski. If you decide to visite the opposite side of the bay you'll have an opportunitie to visit 'jewels' like Opatija, Moščenička Draga, Lovran, and the regional center, the city of Rijeka with it's rich history heritage.A donkey farm is also nearby, so you can purchase a bottle of health there and take it back home with you. Our most beautiful holiday
We (6 adults) had one of the most beautiful holidays in the house of Ricardo and Gianna.
The house has a very nice location with a beautiful view of the island of Krk and the bridge. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset every day.
The house, bed linen and towels are very clean.
Plenty of crockery. The owners are very very friendly and help with all questions.
The pool is very big and an absolute must in the heat.
The barbeque area is also very well equipped. We enjoyed having our barbecues outside.
The beach is only a few minutes away by car in Jadranovo and there is a grocery shop in the village. It is small but has everything you need.
We are very grateful to Ricardo and his wife Gianna for such a great holiday.
And would always recommend this house to everyone.

Really great location, absolute dream holiday
A super nice, quietly located house with everything you need. Bed linen, towels, plenty of crockery, washing machine, dishwasher, everything there. The bedrooms also have A/C.
Our son's tops: pool billiards in the living room, table tennis, Netflix, W-LAN - and the ice cube maker in the fridge ;-)
The absolute highlight of the house is the large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of Krk and the Kvarner Bay. Plus the 43 sqm swimming pool and the covered shaded barbecue area. Swimming in the pool or sundowners with unbelievably beautiful sunsets over the bay, that's all you really need.
Those who still want to get out: In Jadranovo, 5 min away by car, there is a very pretty bathing bay with restaurants. Excellent shopping (butcher, drugstore, supermarkets, shopping centre) and very good food can be found in Crikvenica, about 10 minutes by car, where there are also beaches.
Wonderful historic towns such as Pula or Rovinji can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car, and Krk is a 15-minute drive across the bridge.
The landlords Gianna and Ricardo are incredibly friendly, helpful and always available.
Really nice: the bottle of Croatian wine as a "welcome drink".

A holiday home to recommend
Excellent welcome and very friendly owners who were super hosts. The house is clean and well equipped. What makes this house special is the beautiful panoramic view of the Krk Bridge and the island of Krk. The house is separated from other houses and you have your peace and quiet and can completely relax. The outdoor pool, which is self-cleaning through filtration and chlorine-free, was an additional factor that enhanced our holiday. We are thrilled and can recommend it to everyone :)))))
