Our new, cosy holiday flat with 45m² of living space is the perfect starting point for your holiday between the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. The bright rooms are practical and lovingly furnished at the same time, offering the perfect holiday home for couples on one level. Especially the top-equipped kitchen area makes the hearts of all hobby cooks beat faster. From there you can look directly into the beautiful, small garden. The newly renovated, modern bathroom has everything you need on holiday and offers you extra comfort with a shower with rain shower head. Enjoy a wonderful view of the greenery from the separate bedroom and make yourself comfortable on the cosy double bed. Beautiful dreams are guaranteed here!From the cosy, lovingly arranged living area, you can step directly onto the well-kept terrace. Here you can end your evening in the sun with a glass of wine while your four-legged friend plays in the fenced garden. There is also a barbecue ready for you, which you are welcome to use for an extensive barbecue.In the cellar there is a washing machine and a dryer ready for you, which can be used for a small extra charge of EUR 3,- per wash. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the property.

Location and surroundings of object
This beautiful holiday property is located in the small village of Kronsgaard on the Baltic Sea, which is characterised by numerous holiday homes, but also families who live here permanently. Kronsgaard offers a beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea coast, which is only about 1.2 km away from the holiday home! This ensures bathing fun with the whole family in summer. By the way, the Schlei and Baltic Sea region is also wonderfully suitable for extensive walks, e.g. along the Baltic Sea coast to Pottloch, where the beautiful steep coast opens up great views of the sea, or in the idyllic nature reserve of the Geltinger Birk, which is only about 7 km away. The Schleistadt Kappeln offers many sights, such as the bascule bridge, the herring fence, the Amanda windmill or the baroque St. Nikolai Church, but also a beautiful old town with numerous shops, cafés and restaurants. The region can also be wonderfully explored by boat, e.g. you can take an excursion with the Schlei Princess on the Schlei.
