In this well-appointed luxury cottage, with the 12 bedrooms and the loft, there is room for as many as 30 holiday guests. The house's large activity room is equipped with a bar, a sofa area and all kinds of games, which invite to many cozy hours together. The pool area also offers both water play in the 23 m2 pool and relaxation in the sauna and spa. In one wing of the house you can both swim and swim in the 23 m2 large swimming pool with water slide, Roman staircase and counter-current system. If you want to completely relax, you can enjoy the delicious 6-person whirlpool or sauna, which also has room for 6 people. In the activity room, there is ample opportunity to find the competition gene. Here there are hours of entertainment with billiards, table tennis, darts and table football. Schön gelegen, sehr gute und vollständige Ausstattung, schöne Küche, mit der man die vielen Gäste auch versorgen kann, Sauber, Viel Platz im Haus und im Garten, Viele Zimmer, 12 Zimmer mit 24 Betten und dazu 6 Ãbernachtungsmöglichkeiten auf den zwei (!) voneinander getrennten Hems im Aufenthalts- und Spielraum, Letztere sind aber eher etwas für diejenigen, die lange aufbleiben, da die Hems offen zum Aufenthaltsraum sind,
