The standig individually holiday home, built in 2004 and renovated in 2020 is modern furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, grill possibility, terrace, hollywood swing, fire place and court.

Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is not accessible for young people. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property and the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: cot, high chair, internet access (WLAN), iron and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite. Broadcasts in German, Polish, English.

The landlady speaks good German, all kitchen appliances worked perfectly, the accommodation was nice and clean on arrival, there were also blankets, tea towels, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs and even coffee filters available. All windows had shutters. In the garden there was a swing for the children and a small climbing tower. A small supermarket to buy bread rolls was within walking distance of 5 minutes.
