Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house; on the covered terrace, smoking and vaping are permitted with the terrace door closed. The house offers the following amenities:
All rooms are on the ground floor, so you do not have to climb any annoying stairs.
In the living room there is a comfortable corner sofa and a TV armchair that can be manually adjusted to a reclining position.
With the especially large flat-screen TV (satellite TV), you will feel almost like in the cinema and can relax while watching your favorite series.
There is a DAB/Internet/FM radio available, with some stations preset for you. In front of the new fitted kitchen (installed in 2024) you will find an open dining area with a microwave and a Senseo coffee pad machine.
The new fitted kitchen features a fridge-freezer combination, an oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a kitchen machine with blender.
The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, cutlery, cookware, etc. In the built-in closet in the hallway/entrance area you will find a washing machine, which can be used free of charge.
In the newly renovated shower bathroom with toilet, towel radiator, and window, you can start your day in a relaxed way.
The bedroom features an extra-high double bed, no more struggling to get out of bed, you can start your day relaxed.
The headboard is manually adjustable, so you can watch your favorite show or read a book from bed in the evening or morning. A second flat-screen TV (satellite TV) and reading lamps above the bed complete the bedroom.
The existing wardrobe and two large dressers offer you plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.
From the living room, you can go through the patio door (with fly screen door) onto the covered terrace.
Here, wind and rain can't bother you. Make yourself comfortable on the terrace furniture and let the day end in a relaxed way. In the garage you will find two sun loungers, which you are welcome to use (please return them to the garage after use).
The house is heated with electric heating and therefore gets cozy and warm quickly (please turn off the heating when a window or door is open, thank you).
The garden is completely fenced in, so our four-legged guests can also relax without having to stay on the long leash. (Please remove any traces left by your furry friends upon departure, thank you.)
Please park your car in the garage or use the parking space in front of the garage.
Charging electric vehicles at the house is prohibited (E-bikes may, of course, be charged in compliance with legal safety precautions)
You will find a charging station for your electric car at the Spitze in Friedrichskoog (at the large parking lot) or at the old harbor in the town of Friedrichskoog.

Top Holiday Home
We were in the very beautiful holiday home for a week. Those seeking peace and quiet will find it here. The landlords are very nice. We felt very comfortable, and our dog did too. The garden is fenced, and the dog can also be alone in the garden. The house has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We would always vacation there again. For dog owners, there is a fenced dog area nearby.
