The vacation rental was well-equipped, cozy, and clean. The booking and payment process went smoothly. There is a supermarket nearby, the walk from the train station is okay, and there is a bus stop nearby if needed. The location was not quite as central as described. Personally, I missed having a sofa. The very steep stairs to the vacation rental should definitely be mentioned in the description. The street passing by was sometimes a bit noisy. It was a shame that visitors were not allowed in the vacation rental, as I was in Husum with my mother.

The apartment was very nice and so was the location. We were very disappointed that guests are not allowed in the apartment. If we had known that beforehand, we wouldn't have rented it. I can understand that overnight guests are not allowed, but I have never heard of not allowing day visitors. Our son lives in Soltau and visited us. We spent 6 hours walking around Husum. The apartment was also not very warm, and after a few hours outside, it is not very pleasant to come back to a cold apartment.

The apartment was very cozy and everything you need was there. There is also a private parking spot in front of the house. There is a washing machine available for use in the ground floor hallway of the building (coin-operated - you need 50-cent coins) and a dryer. Outside the house, there is a covered beach chair, comfortable chairs, and a table for personal use. The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steep. There is a TV in the living room and the bedroom. There is a skylight in the bathroom and the kitchen for ventilation. The friendly landlord told us that in the future, there will be a sunshade on the kitchen window because the sun shines in quite warmly. A bakery and a small grocery store are just a few minutes' walk away. The harbor of Husum is a 10-15 minute walk and you can also easily explore North Frisia by car from here.

The holiday apartment really appealed to us. Everything we needed was there. The apartment is comfortably furnished and located on the top floor. Another positive aspect was the separate entrance and easy check-in with a key, which worked without any problems. Just one small "negative point": the access to the apartment is via a very steep staircase!! This was not a problem for us, but should be mentioned in the apartment description. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for older people with heavy luggage or those with disabilities. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Very cozy apartment near the center in a quiet, safe district of Husum. The furnishings in the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces are good - everything is very clean, practical, and stylish. The flat was very nice and so was the location. We were very disappointed that you are not allowed to take guests into the flat. If we had known this beforehand we would not have rented it. I can understand that you are not allowed to have overnight guests but I have never heard of day visitors. Our son lives in soltau and visited us. we walked around husum for 6 hours. the flat was not very warm either and after a few hours outside it is not very pleasant to come back to a cold flat

The flat was very comfortably furnished and everything you need was there.
There is also a private parking space in front of the house.
There was also a private washing machine downstairs in the stairwell to use (with coin slot - 50 cent coins are needed for this) and a tumble dryer.
Next to the house outside there is a covered beach chair and comfortable armchairs with a table for your own use

In the future there will also be a sunshade on the window in the kitchen, as the sun shines in quite warmly there, the nice landlord told us.
A bakery and a grocery store are only a few minutes' walk away.
The port of Husum is a 10-15 minute walk away, and you can also explore North Friesland by car from here.

On the whole, the apartment was good. What we didn't like was the steep stairs to the flat. Not suitable for older people. The only fault was the defective wardrobe, which we reported to the owner.
