Süße kleine Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage. Ich habe meine Urlaubswoche genossen. Was mir fehlte: Starterset Spülmittel. Einer der beiden Schlüssel geht sehr schwer. Normale Wasserläser sind sehr knapp.

Heizungsanlage ist leider nicht in Ordnung, springt viel zu oft an, auch nachts. Durch die Heizungsanlage gab es beim Duschen oft nur kaltes Wasser;) Sonst war alles supi!

“husets to lejligheder var godt indrettet og veludstyrede. Flotte baderum og 50 meter til markedspladsen og 50 meter til havnekajen. Privat parkering i selve gården, perfekt.” Afmærkningen af affaldstønderne ( sorteringen) i gården kunne være bedre og mere overskuelig.

The location near the harbor couldn't be better. The kitchen equipment could be improved with a few small items. There are only 2 water glasses. The mentioned basic equipment consisted of 2 partly used toilet paper rolls. There were no dishwasher tabs or dish soap. The balcony could use a vacuum during cleaning, as well as the spider webs on the windows. Otherwise, we felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again at any time. The daily €4 for parking is worth it.

The central location was very appealing to us, the property corresponds to the description. However, the bed should be checked, it sags a bit in the middle and gives the feeling that one is always sliding to the center.

You can't get more central than this, a parking space right in front of the house, and your own entrance. We especially liked the balcony, from which you have a direct view of the hustle and bustle in the alleys.

I can only underline Mr Rubensdörffer's description. The booking was very clear. Individual queries were answered promptly. The flat was spotlessly clean. The pictures in the offer give the appearance of the flat unadorned. The small film is also very informative. If you have always wanted to try box spring beds, here you have the opportunity. The central location makes the use of a car in the city unnecessary. We lived in the flat on the upper floor. It even has a small balcony, enough for drinking coffee. We hit the bull's eye with our choice of this flat. We can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Object is practical and nicely furnished.The key code was almost impossible for me to crack - it was dark and there seems to be no light at the window ..... There is no shower table in front of the shower - the water runs all over the bathroom :-( A dishcloth and a tea towel were missing - this is part of the standard equipment.Otherwise everything is good - will definitely come again.If there was a small "feet up stool" in front of the armchairs it would be almost perfect.

I felt very comfortable - the downer came when I asked for an extra hour to leave on the penultimate day at your office. The request was not granted, but was tersely rejected in an almost inhospitable manner. What a pity! Perhaps you can still work on this politeness - and where is the time for departure?

Overall nice flat, great location, very comfortable bed and nice ambience. Unfortunately the kitchen equipment is very poor, there is a large dishwasher available but very little crockery to fill it. A really sharp kitchen knife was missing and even a simple chopping board was not available. (Of course, this results in a lot of blunt knives, because cutting on porcelain makes the blades blunt.) Also, danger of accidents in the car park due to a loose drainage grate in the middle. Otherwise, everything was to our satisfaction.

The tastefully decorated flat is exactly as described and the location just can't be beat. Great view of the jetty that crosses the harbour basin and a view of Storm's garden. A footstool in front of the armchair would be nice as there is no sofa to lounge on. Super well functioning heating. It was immediately cosy and warm. The handing over of the keys and parking in the courtyard was TOP! But you should be an early riser, otherwise the rubbish collection and other traffic driving around the corner of the house could be a bit disturbing. The house is a bit noisy. You could hear the chairs being moved, the TV and voices from the flat downstairs. (or the tenants from the lower flat were extremely loud?)

A nice centrally located flat for one person or a couple, as the living room and bedroom are connected. Tastefully furnished. Coffee filters are plentiful, but nothing to wash (I don't know about dishwashers). A coffee can would be handy.

There was not enough crockery and cutlery if you wanted to use the dishwasher. The transmission of the flat key by means of a numerical code was very good. Although we only reached Husum at 1.30 a.m. due to hurricane Friederike, there were no problems moving into the flat immediately.

The holiday flat is ideally located in the centre of Husum. It is small, but extremely comfortably equipped. The architect and/or the interior designer have really done everything right. We are full of praise. It was a great 3 days in the far north and we will definitely be back.

Top location! Within a few minutes walk to all the important things for us. For example: castle park 5 minutes, market place 5 minutes, harbour 3 minutes, harbour promenade with lots of nice shops and restaurants 3 minutes. We found a nice little house with two holiday flats. The flat we rented, no. 1, has a parking space right in front of the door, is very comfortably furnished, has enough space thanks to a successful room layout (it is, after all, the lütte Huus) and even my wife had nothing to complain about when it came to cleanliness. This was definitely not the last time we stayed at the lütten Huus in Husum. With kind regards Feuerherm

Arriving in Husum, a beautiful little house in Rosenstrasse awaits the visitor. Here, everything is well thought out and coordinated, which already happens extremely conspiratorially with the handing over of the keys via a key safe :-) The house is beautifully furnished and everything fits together! We were surprised what is possible in a small area, even the dishwasher and oven had space in the kitchen, which can be separated from the rest of the flat by bull's eye windows and a - of course - matching door. The kitchen appliances are all from the same series of the same manufacturer, of course colour-coordinated with the wall colour....unbelievable also that even a balcony is available, incl. seating furniture!!!! The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, satellite TV on flat screen, WLAN(!), double bed with super mattress and what I have never seen in a holiday flat: Free sockets! In every room! It was also great that a parking space can be booked, which I can only recommend, because the parking situation in the old town is a bit difficult (residents' parking, paid parking, etc.). And the parking space is big enough, even my Japanese pickup truck fit on it! The location is fantastic, the harbour is two minutes away on foot, restaurants are plentiful and the castle is only minutes away. Halfway there is the shopping mile with post office and pharmacy, or in our case a small but nice Christmas market, which is not supposed to be there before and after Advent ;-) The old town with its mega relaxed inhabitants is beautiful, as if it were a grey town by the sea..... And since our dog was also welcome, we'll probably have to come back soon! A clear recommendation!

Very nicely furnished flat for 2 persons. Large modern bathroom. Kitchen with dishwasher. Top central location, yet quiet. Balcony can be used even in bad weather due to plexiglass wings that can be opened and closed. Open living concept: no door between bedroom and living room. However, this did not bother us at all.

We were in the upper flat and felt very comfortable. Location perfect in the middle of the old town. The only improvement: a shower mat would have been nice. A "squeegee" for the shower walls was also missing, we would have liked to dry the beautiful glass walls after showering. It was also easy to pick up the keys! We will recommend the lütte Hus to others.

We enjoyed it enormously! The house is very comfortable, cosy and practically furnished. You feel right at home. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The beds are excellent. The location is also ideal: the old town and the harbour are within walking distance. We have found our permanent address in Husum! :-)
