Very nice and large vacation apartment in a very good location. We really liked the furnishings; however, we would prefer a comfortable sofa in front of the large TV in the living room instead of the currently existing dining area. Great walk-in shower in the bathroom, floor heating throughout, and a very well-equipped kitchen with sufficient dishes. Washing machine and dryer are also available, as well as a dishwasher. Parking in the carport right in front of the door. Quiet neighborhood. And the rolls should definitely be bought from the bakery at the corner; they always have a very delicious bread of the day. We would book again for another visit to Husum.

We were extremely satisfied, the pictures on the internet reflected the apartment well. The location was top-notch, everything was easily accessible on foot whether shopping, the train, or the harbor.

Beautiful holiday apartment near the harbor. Everything was great and worked out perfectly. Only the clothes drying rack needs to be replaced and the balcony is hardly usable because of the linden trees. Everything just sticks completely. It didn't bother us as we were out of the house from morning till evening.

Organizationally from inquiry to booking (with consistent demand for proof of corona vaccination) ... Arrival until departure day ... everything was handled very friendly and professionally. TOP - couldn't be better! The penthouse "Stine" in Husum is very well equipped. Everything tastefully decorated with lots of comfort and attention to detail. Very clean and has everything you need, like dishwasher and microwave, etc. TOP! The location is also very quiet, in the second row from the main road. We could reach many things... whether downtown, harbor, restaurants, cafes, or shopping (bakery is just around the corner) within a few minutes on foot. GREAT! Not so good: - We had to use the corner bench and chairs of the dining area to watch TV in the evenings. There was a lack of comfort with a sofa or armchair! Sure, great for a cheerful game night with a family of four, but not for us! The gallery with a sofa bed and a smaller TV was reachable via a staircase, but we didn't use it for a cozy TV evening. - Snow removal service in front of the main entrance door at the bottom. On the day of arrival and two more days after, it was very difficult and careful to access the main entrance door at the bottom... Due to snow and rain, a thick layer of ice had formed there, about 2-3 meters long, which remained for days in constant sub-zero temperatures. No snow removal service. Question: Who is responsible for this? Just a small tip: Small self-adhesive rubber buffers for the toilet seat stops would be useful. Overall rating... TOP holiday apartment... 5 stars.

Great accommodation in a good location. Playground right behind it. Harbor and pedestrian zone only 5 minutes on foot. Two small points of criticism: 1. It is very hot on the upper floor in the summer, the roof insulation is inadequate or there is no air conditioning. 2. The carports are very narrow (VW bus).

Very nice, modern apartment, everything available (more than expected) for a perfect holiday! Location very good, city center within walking distance. Good starting point for bike tours. We can definitely recommend it.

The location on the edge of the city centre was excellent. A bright modern furnished flat, with all comforts. Three large TVs and even an internet radio in the kitchen. A large sun terrace, which we unfortunately could not use in the weather. We were thrilled.

Not so good:
- We had to use the corner bench and chairs of the dining area to watch TV in the evening. There was no sofa or armchair to make us comfortable! For playing games with a family of 4, certainly great, but not for us! The gallery with a sofa bed and a smaller TV was accessible via a staircase, but we did not use it for a cosy TV evening.
- Winter service in front of the main entrance door, below.
On the day of arrival and two days later, the access to the main entrance door, downstairs ... was difficult and very careful to walk on. Due to snow and rain, a thick layer of ice...approx. 2-3 metres long... which remained there for days in the constant sub-zero temperatures. No winter road clearance service. Question: Who is responsible for this?
Another little tip:
Small self-adhesive wall rubber buffers for the toilet lid stops would be useful.

Nice holiday flat near the harbour.
Everything was perfect and worked out very well.
Only the clothes horse should be renewed and the balcony is hardly usable because of the lime trees. Everything is sticky.
We didn't mind because we were out of the house from morning to night.
