This was our second time in the penthouse Theo. Again very nice. The new coffee capsule machine is great, unfortunately, we couldn't buy any capsules since they were not available on-site at Tchibo. Another salad bowl and an egg cooker would be great - but that's wishing for high standards. We would love to come back.

Lovingly furnished holiday apartment, super clean and modern. City center and harbor are quickly reachable on foot. We felt very comfortable.

A dream apartment!!! Very appealing high-quality equipment and lovingly and tastefully arranged. Very good beds, sufficient wardrobes, top kitchen and bathrooms. Towels and bed linen are of very good quality. Toilet paper was plentiful, as was hand soap in the kitchen and large bathroom downstairs. Coffee for the first cup is also provided. The trash cans were fully equipped with garbage bags; you should have garbage bags in your suitcase for replacements. I can understand if one asks for loungers on the large balcony, as you can spend a long time there in good weather. During our stay, the DSL connection was unfortunately disrupted. If it should be available again, a very good Wi-Fi connection. We later received access to the neighboring apartment. The house is very quiet... Unfortunately, the outdoor area is not, as a heavily traveled main road passes by the house. The house is set back a bit, so the noise from cars is not soooo bothersome. Birds and squirrels make up for the disturbance. The carport is great and very easily accessible. The key pickup was easy. The house is really very close to the center of Husum. Maybe 10 minutes to the inner harbor, 10 minutes to the train station, and 30 seconds to the bakery. This bakery is highly recommended, and its breakfast offering — wow! So, we had a very good stay! And I can really recommend Theo's Penthouse ️ Thank you!

The apartment is equipped with everything needed in high quality (kitchen appliances, washing machine, radio + TV, great mattresses...). The owners have also invested a lot in the furnishings and everything is very tastefully done in a Nordic style, which we really liked. Everything was sparkling clean and the location was optimal. You can walk almost anywhere!

The accommodation THEO is perfect for 3-4 people. We felt very comfortable and everything was to our satisfaction. However, one point of criticism is worth mentioning. It is really nice to have a carport for the car. But it almost happened every day that cars were parked very randomly in the courtyard. It was really difficult, and involved a lot of maneuvering, to drive into the carport. Because you don't want to damage your own car, the other car, or the carport. And it was always the same cars. But despite this problem, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Not quite optimal seating for 4 adults together. An egg cooker and casserole dish would have been nice. Possibly sharper knives or something to sharpen them. (Sharpening steel) But that is "complaining" at a high level. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time in Husum.

We enjoyed our summer vacation at the holiday apartment "Penthouse Theo" very much. In the clean and well-maintained apartment, we felt very comfortable and were able to leave our everyday stress behind. The complete furnishings are very well thought out, so we immediately felt like "home". We can very well imagine booking this great holiday apartment again. We were now guests at the Penthouse THEO for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and equipped optimally. It is a 10-minute walk to the city center and the harbor. Twice a week, the weekly market takes place around the Tine-Brunnen on the marketplace. There you can fantastically supply yourself with regional products. The organic store, not far from the apartment, is very well stocked and offers everything you need beyond that. The apartment is an ideal starting point for cycling tours in all directions. We will be back!

The flat is beautifully furnished and very centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The house itself is quite quiet, the view from the balcony at the back into the monastery garden is great. The bathroom on the upper floor saves having to climb the stairs at night and is therefore a great comfort. The ladies from the holiday home rental were incredibly nice, everything went smoothly and was absolutely uncomplicated. The flat was very clean and is well equipped in the kitchen, the crockery and glasses are very nice and tasteful, nothing is thrown together and everything is available in sufficient quantity. Only another pan and a casserole dish would have been good, but even so, cooking in "Theo" is a lot of fun. The washing machine and dryer are very quiet. The carport and the lift are great. The organisation with the flat key in the small safe in the carport is also very successful, only a second flat key would be worth considering with the maximum number of people in the flat. In short: a wonderful flat, in which you immediately feel at home, which has a modern, open design and still offers retreats with the gallery and the bedrooms. I will gladly come again!

This is our 2nd apartment from Ferien an der Nordsee and both times it was very nice. Everything is very clean. Everything you need is there. Top washing machine. What is very good is that you get the keys directly at the flat and return them there in the safe. This saved time on arrival and departure. In short, we will be back!
