We had a really nice time in the holiday home. The location is great, the garden is fenced, which was perfect for our two dogs, and the furnishings are really cozy. Especially the bathtub was a highlight, and there was even a supply of coffee pads, which we found very nice. A small point of criticism: 3 euros were charged extra for laundry, which was not announced beforehand. That could perhaps be made a bit more transparent. Overall, a very recommendable, pretty little house where we felt completely comfortable!

Beautiful holiday home, quietly located with a view of the flat countryside. The sea is only about 3 km away by bike, the garden is fenced, people with dogs (we have 4!) are warmly welcomed, water bowls were ready. 2 bathrooms invite to wellness. The furnishings are tasteful, high-quality, and lovingly arranged. The bedrooms and the shower room are located on the 1st floor and are accessible via a beautiful beech wood staircase. The shopping in Niebüll is about 11 km away, there is everything the heart desires. We will gladly come back.

The house was just as seen in the pictures. The location is nice and quiet, and the neighbor is also very friendly. (Chit-chat is included) The daily view is simply great. We lacked nothing! I can recommend it to everyone again and again!! Shopping opportunities and the harbor can be reached by car in a very short time. Overall, it was a very successful vacation! Thank you very much.

A beautifully located, wonderfully comfortable holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. You unlock the door, feel warmly welcomed, and immediately sense a holiday vibe. The house is very lovingly furnished, and everything was spotless. A spacious bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks, and another bathroom with a large shower were also a reason to rent this house. It should also be highlighted that there are two toilets in the house (which can sometimes be very advantageous even with just two people). The large furnished terrace with the fully fenced, expansive garden is ideal for holidays with a dog. We were the first guests to enjoy the brand new, super comfortable sofa landscape, where one can rest and relax excellently on days with bad weather. With the heat pump heating system and the well-insulated windows and doors, the house is also ecologically up to date. In summary: the furnishings, the size, the decoration, the garden - perfect. We have absolutely no suggestions for improvement because it cannot be better. A big compliment to the entire team. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable in the holiday home Linas Huis. It was a house with super high-quality furnishings and very clean. Here, you arrive and feel at home. The only point for us was that the fence on one side was not escape-proof for our little rough-haired dachshund.

The house was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The location was quiet. Unfortunately, construction work was taking place on the street (the street was difficult to walk with a dog), but the landlord is not to blame for that. Only the garden with the "slopes" was not very suitable for our small dog. Overall, a nice property in a good, quiet location. A car is necessary.

It was very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very well equipped and gives a very high-quality impression. The only downside was that the water was cold after filling the bathtub, and it took a while to get warm again. Nevertheless, I would still recommend it.

Unfortunately, we only spent just under 2 weeks in this beautiful holiday home and felt very comfortable with our little dog. The house is very lovingly and tastefully furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything. The large garden invites you to relax, is securely fenced, and therefore a paradise for dogs to explore. Long walks are possible directly from the house. We recommend the house 100% and would love to come back. At Linas Huis, one can truly enjoy a carefree, relaxing vacation in a perfect setting.

We were very satisfied, the house is spacious, the garden invites to sunbathe and play (I would have liked some play equipment for the children) but otherwise pure relaxation, simply enjoying the peace (with sheep at the door... wonderful)...
What was not so great, the couch smelled very strongly of dog and the two sofa blankets were full of dog hair and also smelled very strongly of dog (could have been replaced).

Semi-detached house in absolute seclusion. Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The house has everything you need, from a fireplace to a great bathtub and good beds. However, one is dependent on the car. It is dry under a carport. If you have a big dog, be careful with the steep stairs! Underfloor heating throughout the house. (But it needs 2 days to get really warm). We were very satisfied.
