We were now at the "witten Hus" for the third time and again very satisfied. The location is excellent and the house is equipped with everything you need. In the long term, I would be happy about a portafilter machine. ;-) Just kidding... the café around the corner also makes a very good latte macchiato. Many thanks to Holidays at the North Sea for the beautiful accommodation at a fair price in the beautiful old town of Husum. We will definitely come back. Best regards from Berlin.

We felt very comfortable in the small but fine house right in the old town of Husum. (There are even three, which surprised us very much, especially when larger holiday homes have only one. :-)). We could park the car for free a little off the side, and Husum and the surrounding area were very accessible on foot. It was pleasant that we could visit the good localities of Husum in the evening without having to drive. We would love to come back....

We spent 10 days as a group of four in the historic building. The location of the house was ideal since we did not have a car available. We lacked nothing in the house. We felt comfortable. Would love to do it again.

A very beautiful, tastefully furnished house - we felt very comfortable in it. Super amenities - more than we have experienced so far. Perhaps a TV manual and information about nearby shopping options could be helpful - however, we learned everything quickly. The people of Husum welcomed us warmly and after a few friendly words, they showed us everything. We particularly liked the team from Loof - of course, the crab sandwiches, the fried mussels, etc. helped a lot.

We were very happy with the dishwasher that wasn't available two years ago. There was one small point to criticize: the actually beautiful terrace really needed some cleaning.

We were in the holiday home for the third time. It's great that there has been a dishwasher for a year now. However, the indicators for salt and rinse aid always light up red. The house is clean, but the terrace was not so well maintained. The three toilets and two showers increase comfort for a larger family. The location is excellent! However, it was louder this time due to construction work in the neighborhood.

The arrival on April 15th was a bit difficult, construction site, no possibility to drive into the waterfront, on April 16th the one-way street was lifted and everything would have gone smoothly. However, we also arrived at our little cottage with our luggage via a small detour and from that point on everything was wonderful. I will book with you again soon.

We spent a week in Husum together with our dog. Since my husband is from Husum, we have often booked accommodation here. Especially with a dog, it's not always easy to find clean accommodation. But this time we were really lucky! Especially the location, walking distance to the town, and the short distance to green areas with the dog was perfect for us. Since we also expected coffee visitors from our family in Husum, we had opted for a larger house. Great facilities and very cozy! Due to the pleasant temperatures, we were even able to use the small covered terrace. It was nice that the dog couldn't escape from there. All in all, an accommodation that is absolutely recommendable.

The house is very cozy and lovingly furnished. It is very well maintained and super clean! The harbor as well as the first restaurants and shops can be reached within just 2 minutes. Already the narrow street where it is located has a lot of charm! Just right for people who prefer short distances to the café at the harbor!

The house is very centrally located. We were there with 5 people and we missed a dishwasher and above all a table that can be extended. Otherwise everything was great and recommendable.

The white house is fantastically located on one of Husum's most beautiful streets, the Wasserreihe. From there, everything in Husum is within walking distance, the beach is about 3 km away. We spent three weeks there with our dog and overall felt very comfortable. The kitchen was a bit basic, but we found out that a new kitchen will be installed soon - with a dishwasher as well, so rejoice, the handwashing times that were a bit annoying are a thing of the past in the white house. Tall people have to watch their heads - the rooms are very low, even with just over 1.70 m body length, you can bump your head in some places if you're not careful. The bedrooms are cozy, the mattresses comfortable - only the bed pads (pillows) could be replaced, they are of very simple quality and have become quite lumpy in terms of their contents. We found blood stains on one pillow, which is not ideal. One downside: the sofas are really uncomfortable. Watching TV or just putting your feet up and reading a book comfortably is not possible, you will soon get numb limbs, neck, or back pain. The bathrooms are not luxurious, but functional. The landlord should make sure to remove the mold stains in both showers, especially in the lower large bathroom, as it was not very appealing and we did not use it. Everything was available to vacuum, do laundry, or clean. Overall, it is a very, very cozy, small domicile in the middle of Husum, where you can really relax. We also had a pleasantly warm time due to the underfloor heating on the ground floor. If the small flaws were fixed, it would be perfect (at least for people under 1.90m ;-))

The holiday apartment located in a historic street is the perfect combination of Nordic charm and modern facilities for a comfortable stay at the North Sea. The apartment is generally in great condition - tasteful decor, everything is very clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything necessary from washing machine to electric kitchen appliances. With direct access to the central pedestrian zones of Husum, shopping opportunities as well as many delicious restaurants are in close proximity, making most destinations within walking distance! All in all, the overall package is just right and highly recommended! As a family of five, we had a very pleasant stay and would love to come back.

"My husband, my two sons (17, 24) and I felt very comfortable here. The small house is located in one of the most beautiful streets in Husum and everything is easily accessible. It is pretty and lovingly furnished, but not so suitable for tall people due to the low ceilings. This was not a problem for us. The small, partly covered, wind-protected terrace is also wonderful."

The apartment is wonderfully central. Only a few minutes' walk from the harbor and downtown. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment. It is very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable and will come back.

The house was absolutely adequate for us. It is small and has its charm. The three bathrooms and the nicely equipped terrace were very pleasant. There was also a small library and board games. A highlight is the television with LED lighting. The house is located in a very central location. The train station is also quickly accessible on foot. We were very satisfied, thank you.

The kitchen was a bit rudimentary, but we learned that a new kitchen will be installed soon - and it will have a dishwasher, so: rejoice, the hand dishwashing times, which were a bit annoying, are a thing of the past at the witte Hus.

Tall people need to keep their heads down - the rooms are very low, even at just over 1.70 m you can bang your head badly in some places if you're not careful.

The bedrooms are cosy, the mattresses comfortable - only the bed pads (pillows) could do with changing, they are of very basic quality and by now quite lumpy as far as the innards are concerned. We found blood stains on one pillow, which is not really necessary.

There is one drawback: the sofas are really uncomfortable. It is not possible to watch TV or just put your feet up and read a book. Within a short time, your limbs will fall asleep and your neck or back will ache.

The bathrooms are not oases of well-being, but they are functional. The landlord should see to it that the traces of mould in both showers are removed. It was not very appealing, especially in the lower large bathroom, and we did not use it. Everything was available to vacuum, wash a machine or mop through.

All in all, it is a very, very cosy little domicile in the middle of Husum, where you can really enjoy yourself. We were also pleasantly warm thanks to the underfloor heating on the ground floor. If the small flaws were corrected, it would be perfect (at least for people under 1.90m ;-))

"Dat witte Hus" is a wonderful holiday home in the middle of Husum, just a few minutes from the harbour, shops and many restaurants. The house has all the charm of an old house combined with all the amenities of a lovingly restored, beautifully furnished holiday home. We really didn't want for anything! The kitchen was completely new and very well equipped (now also with dishwasher!). The house scores with a lot of attention to detail, including tasteful lighting. Also very useful for our travel group: a ground-level bedroom (for one person) with its own bathroom. The upper bedrooms and the upper bathroom have low ceilings, which didn't bother us at all (and which is also part of the charm of an old house!). All in all, a great house in an unbeatable location!
