Wir müssten leider den Internetzugang mehrfach reklamieren. Es hat dann nach mehreren mails und Anfragen von den sieben Tagen Aufenthalt an drei funktioniert. Die Betten sind recht hart was mir nichts ausgemacht hat meine Partnerin ist aber mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet. Die Getränke die wir in den Kühlschrank getan haben waren aber nach einem Tag gefroren. Die Mechanik der Balkontür hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Location very good, loving and tasteful furnishings. Unfortunately, despite a concise description, we could not get the TV to work. (more precise instructions?). The terrace was not cleaned, therefore one point deducted. Overall impression was very positive.

The apartment is appealing and clean. The location in terms of proximity to the city center and the harbor is good, but it is located at an intersection and therefore one bedroom is slightly affected by traffic (also by the emergency vehicles of the nearby hospital). This may be disturbing for those sensitive to noise - however, we did not find it to be significantly bothersome. The furnishings are modern and in good condition and everything necessary is available. The only issue I would mention is the possibility of waste disposal. The bins (in the basement) are too small for a week-long stay. Although it is possible to arrange for a pick-up through the office next door once a week, this may not fit into one's daily schedule or one may not want to deal with it during their vacation. It would be nice to have regular collection without having to request it, or simply larger bins. Other than that, we have no complaints and were very satisfied. We are happy to recommend the apartment.
